Undercover Tourist-how often do prices change?

We're going to LL Florida in October. I started planning the trip in spring and wrote down prices for each option (2 days via their website, UT, and using coupons). UT was cheapest. I rechecked today and they are still cheapest, but they've gone up since spring. LL.com has actually gone up as well, so that may be the case? I don't want to buy tickets just yet b/c I have friends that are local that may be able to get us in for free. UT will accept returns for a 5% charge. Not sure if I should risk the prices NOT going up in the next month or possibly being sold out? WWYD?
