recap of "H paid mortgage" thread

I haven't had a chance to look at it, and now it's so long. Anyone care to give a recap of it?

Oh, gosh - I always love reading re-caps and I don't think I can be nearly as clever or funny as many on here, but here's my attempt:

H paid of mortgage (about 30k remaining) a couple of months ago from an account only he has access to and specifically withheld the info from pitterbull for a couple of months.

Bragplaint is called, then retracted.

Information that continues to come out in the thread makes many responders think that more communication needs to happen.

Guacamole (the food, not the old poster) is discussed, including whether it should be heated in the microwave or not.

Corndogstickgate is brought into the discussion, and is determined to be not at all the same thing, except that it is.

Counseling is finally recommended, but apparently it is a bad thing.

Pitterbull has spoken with her husband but is wary - with reason - of additional pile-ons if providing too much more information.

Lots of discussion about what is and isn't marital property, with the refrain "it depends on your state."

I swear there was something in there about guac in a microwave! But I am too lazy to go back through and find it again. Either that or I am going crazy, which would not be outside of the realm of possibility on Friday afternoon.

Thanks for pointing out that I missed the $30k = drug dealer part, which was clearly a highlight - I need to work on my GBCN memory.

I am really glad others are with me that heated guac is weird/gross.

I spent a while after I posted seriously considering if it was possible that everyone else nukes guacamole (my favorite) and I just never knew.
