K was up st 3:15 for he day so I got my swagbucks done early
I decided to look at my email and the photog sent the j edited proofs from our photo shoots! So excited br how am I going to narrow down go 50 for her to edit!
Ugh. E woke up at 3, so I'm running on 4 hours of sleep. Again. We have iPad deployment for our 6th graders tonight, so I won't be home until like 8. So very tired. Today is test review day which is always exhausting. At least I can sit tomorrow while they test.

M has been pretty much sleeping through the night until 5:45-6 for about 2 weeks. She decided this morning to start fussing and grunting in her sleep at 3. By 4:45 I'd decided I couldn't take anymore so I fed her. Now I can't go back to sleep. COFFEE.
Mu puppy got me up at 1am and I was still asleep and put him down off the bed and then realized what time it was. I didn't move fast enough and he peed on the floor. Then he woke me up again at 3:30a so we peed, and then had to get up at 5:30a for the day. Usually, he's fine until 5a, but he was like a newborn last night. Maybe he drank a lot of water before bed? Idk.
We have a company wide retreat today, so no work, but we will be at this place until 730p tonight because we're doing a catered dinner and cocktails. I'm sad because I won't see my kids tonight. H is taking them out to eat tonight with his mom because he's apparently incapable of handling them himself all night. He always takes them to his moms or gets her help on the rare occasion that I'm not around at night.
Poor B woke up with a nightmare again. Apparently the sun went out and he couldn't find any nightlights. Then an hour later it was something about witches. Poor boy calls nightmares - wishes. No idea where he got that from.
blane12, my H does the same thing when I have to travel. He has his mom come over to help put them to bed and B ends up sleeping over at my parents or MIL's on the weekend. In some parts it's genius-because it is easier, but it also annoys me that he can't or won't figure it out.
ktstorm - poor B! And yes, it annoys me. I could see doing that once in awhile, but every single time is a little much. Plus, my MIL is watching the boys today, so it's not like she hasn't seen them in awhile. Oh well. It's not worth fighting about as long as they're taken care of.
I slept like shit last night. I couldn't get comfortable. I finally took some benedryl around 2 am and fell asleep about 3. Pain woke me up at 5:45, so that's fun. I already took medicine and feel a little better, so it'll be nap time for me soon lol.
J's youngest sister was supposed to come today, but she told us late last night she can't. I'm still not really supposed to be alone because I still get light headed and may fall, but I don't really have a choice. J is going to have to pick them up from school instead of taking a lunch today. Well, that will be his lunch. He only works about 15 minutes away, so if anything happens, at least he's not too far. Have I said enough how much I can't wait for things to go back to normal??
For good behavior, Andrew gets to go to aftercare at his school. He picked today to go, but it's also his school's open house today (when the aftercare company is offering free childcare so parents can go it alone). That means I'll drop him off at school at 7:45, then not see him again until 7:00 tonight. I feel kind of guilty, especially since I SAH most of the time, but he loves it!
muppetinma I think if he loves it, there should be no guilt! That sounds amazing. I hope you get to do something enjoyable with that time.
Loco Coco yay for sleep! I'm hoping to get in a nap while the older boys are at school today. Thank god it's September--I feel like the mom in those school supply commercials where they play "it's the most wonderful time of the year"
Also, my phone is dumb. The battery keeps draining so fast that even if I'm not using it, it's down to 30% by 2pm. I'm due for an upgrade in October but I'm feeling cranky with Apple.
Well that sucked. Theo started with the "but I'll miss you mommy" on the way to school and escalated to screaming in the carline and the teacher had to pry him out of the car while he bawled. They said they'd call and let me know he's okay.
I need to start sleeping more at night. I finally fell asleep for a couple hours this morning, and ended up sleeping through my alarms for the third time this week. I'm going to change the alarm tone and hope that helps tomorrow.
My phone battery also sucks. It's only 9:05 am and my phone is down to 74%. I feel like I have it charging all the freaking time. Time for a new phone, I think.
W woke up a little after 5am this morning. I went in and tried to get him to stay in bed in hopes he'd fall back asleep. No luck. About 5:45, 'Mommy, I'm tired!' Well....that's why I wanted you to stay in bed. Always good to get a day started like this!

Little sisters are the worst.
H finally went to bed, and didn't wake up, have any issues...D woke up at 6:15, climbed out of her crib and stormed H's room to get the iPad we've been using for a sound machine. She snatched it, woke up H, and went to the living room, and turned on the iPad full blast. I came out to ask what was going on she scrunched her face up and exclaimed, "Is it morning?!". Oy.
I just spent way too much on a fairy princess costume from PBK in order to bribe Emerson from being a ghost for Halloween. I'm terrible.
If anyone's shopping today Gymbo has 40% in store and l was able to stack coupons. Not sure if it's online or not. They had some nice jeans and jean leggings.
My better-than-free wine just showed up from the swagbucks offer. It's pretty neat. They enclosed an information card on each bottle I picked, and there's a recipe on the back for something that will pair nicely.
I'm not a big wine drinker, but it's always nice to have some bottles on hand. And you can't really argue when you make money off of it.

Ugh, I'm afraid that my cat cookies came out looking more like a fox. It was one of the things that H said. Then this morning my friend asked "who are the fox cookies for?"
