Anything will be better than last week! I'm back to my normal routine so that should help. I had a bowl of ice cream last night as a final junk food send off before I get back on track. I've also already consumed my annual bag of candy corn so that's done...
Try to eat healthier. Also per a doctor I saw yesterday I need to cut my caffeine intact to see if that helps my anxiety. I'm going to the store in a few minutes to get some healthy salads and snacks.
Well...I ate a chick fil a chicken biscuit for breakfast, cheese enchiladas for dinner, and 2 peanut butter cookies for dessert. This was definitely not a healthy day lol! But I always drink about 100 oz of water so there's that.
Apparently those little dark chocolate Dove pieces are 42 calories each....who knew? So, that may have been one of my issues. I thought I was doing good narrowing down the junk choices to a few of those each night. Yeah, no. Really helps to log errrything.

I keep coming into this thread and I just can't bring myself to actually typing my daily food intake right now...it's a lot and not always the best choices. Maybe I will join this in a month or so!

Bagels for breakfast, ice cream nearly every night, Panera bread cookie at least weekly, random snacks like fig bars and goldfish. The only healthy constant is dinner which has mostly been salads. It took so much restraint not to buy Halloween candy at Target yesterday...

I hear you on bagels. I always get them for guests. So when we have people over, MrsMB also eats lots of bagels!

When I went to TCU there was an Einstein's bagels walking distance from campus. I mainly went for coffee (like multiple times daily). Well, there aren't many in CA but there is one 5 mi away from our new house...AND they have $6 Monday's (for 13 bagels). So C and I have been enjoying weekly breakfast dates and then we have bagels for the rest of the week! Trying to figure out how we will keep this up once DS2 is here! I even bought one of their travel mugs because coffee refills are only $1.19 vs $1.89.
