Wow. Wow. I always think of one of our amazing investigators dealing with this shit on regular basis. It needs to stop.

And, how the hell he lost this case is beyond me. The only thing I can think of is that the tape was suppressed figuring that it is his key evidence and only 5 minutes were played. There could have been valid reason, if the statute states the second party needs to be notified and agree otherwise it is inadmissible and potentially a crime, like, really, fuck that.

I truly hope he wins on appeal. This video is appalling and is cause for termination on all the officers' parts.
