What gift to give friend who just had a baby?

My best friend just had a baby. H and I are going to see the new family next weekend. I will be bringing something for the baby, but want to bring my friend a gift too.

She is breast feeding and loves to read. I know she has an iPad. Do you buy books through iTunes? I live in the dark ages and still read actual books.

What other things would (did) you like as a new mom? Meals are probably not feasible as we are going out of state to see them.

Tell her you're coming at meal time and bringing the meal. Then hold the baby while your friend eats her food.

I really appreciate when people hold my son while I eat. He has radar for whenever I am about to eat!! And Amazon GC's are perfect. We've bought things from there nearly weekly since BabyBAMF came home.
