What is your training plan for the week? M - Rest T - was going to swim, but MH had to work early. booo. short bike ride tonight. W - long run. 13 miles before work. Th - pack! (also hopefully a gentle swim in the AM?) F - Drive! Sa - Ride ~50 Su - Ride ~50
Any issues or vents? Obstacles for the week? hectic week getting everything ready for the trip! Lots of logistics in a one way trip man...

Any issues or vents? Obstacles for the week? just normal pregnancy stuff. And the fact my pace per mile has dropped almost 3 minutes since marathon training last year
Highlights or AW's from the past week? highlights would be me quitting at mile 11.5 of my 30k trail race. Heat index was approaching 90, i was uncomfortable and would finish after 12pm. I was a little bummed about it, but it's a hard pill to swallow going from running whatever I wanted, to my body telling me "NOPE" I took the higher road and quit on the way back when i saw my husband....then the 2nd highlight would be him running calculations on my run:walk ratio for MCM to be able to finish it. We'll see how that works for me in 5 weeks

What is your training plan for the week? S: 6 miles M: rest: T: 4 miles W: 5-6 miles Th: rest F: 3 miles S: 8 miles
Any issues or vents? Obstacles for the week? Starting PT on Friday for my IT band, hopefully they'll be able to tape it and that'll help. It still hurts when I run but not nearly as bad as it did a week ago. I think this might be as good as it's going to get.
Highlights or AW's from the past week? 12 days left!!! I'm so ready.

What are you training for? Date? Staying fit to put myself in a good place for a 2017 comeback.
What is your training plan for the week? I'm really taking things day by day at this point (33+ weeks). Some days I feel great and runs go well, other days I'm just too tired and I say eff it. Here is what I'm aiming for:
M: rest T: 2 miles W: 3 miles T: 2-3 miles F: rest S: 5-6 miles
S: rest
Any issues or vents? Obstacles for the week? Just more of the same pregnancy related challenges.
Highlights or AW's from the past week? I did a hilly 5 miler over the weekend and felt pretty good, and a sub-30 5k on Sunday with my running group.
