Many of you know our dear friend Mary (JamaicaM), a long time regular on our April 2012 board who also posts on MMM, ML, CEP, International Living, Travel, and WOC. Her husband Paul passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, leaving behind Mary and their two beautiful boys, Aidan (April 2012) and James (April 2014). Paul was a loving, doting father and husband, something that was very obvious to all who know Mary, and particularly those of us fortunate enough to have visited her and her family in Jamaica.
A service in honor of Paul's life will be held on Saturday, October 1st at 2:00pm (Central time; Jamaica is one hour behind the East Coast). Please join us in lifting up Mary, Aidan, and James by lighting a candle at (or around) this time and posting a photo along with your love and good thoughts in this thread. If you pray, we ask that you please keep Mary and her sons in your prayers.
We appreciate everyone holding this wonderful family close in their hearts.
Should you feel led to help in other ways, please contact creamsiclechica or claralou for more information.
With love, April 2012

That was a beautiful tribute to his life. I am so sorry. My heart is hurting for you today and always. I will continue to hold you and your boys in the light.
Thinking about you today, M. What you wrote is beautiful. Even just here in this corner of the Internet, your family's love for each other is almost palpable and you and P created that. I have always been inspired by how much joy you had in each other and the boys. Love and light, especially today.

I don't go here but I couldn't not give my condolences. What a beautiful tribute to your husband. Wishing you and your children peace as you honor his life today.
Your words are beautiful. With tears running down my face, I smile reading how loved he was and HOW MUCH he loved you & your beautiful boys. I wish nothing more than to be there today to show respect to a wonderful man and to support his lovely wife. I will be thinking of you all day.
Your love is so palpable in your speech. I am sending you all the strength I have to make it through today. You are constantly in my prayers. Love you.
