It works only temporarily. You have to wash it off. Besides it does not help with the jowly shit I got going on with my chin line. The Lionesse just helps to fill in the creases.

My mom got a brow lift and her eyes look so much younger. Good luck! And PIPs if you do it! Haha
One of my girl buddies had the brow lift done last year. She's super happy with the results. I had told her about my mom's face lift and how it hurt so bad afterwards that she temporarily wished she hadn't had it done. My GF told me she felt the same way, but got over it after things healed up.
What I want the most is a tightening up of my jaw line. I don't mind the laugh lines at all.

I was watching something the other day and the dr said its not really a facelift anymore, they use fillers as well so you look more natural. "A better version of you today" was how she described it.
After two kids and breastfeeding, I'd spend my money on boobs 😄

I've had Botox and filler injections at my dermatologist's office several times. They are helpful, but with the fillers around my jawline, it fills out my face which I don't like. And they do wear off over a year or two. It's no fun having needles close to your eyes, as well as the pain of injections itself. Especially around my mouth. No bueno.
I'll see what the doc has to say about surgery and go from there. : )

Oh and addition to my mom having a face lift, she had laser applied too. She said that hurt worse than the surgery. Granted this was almost 20 years ago when she had it done. I know some things have changed.

A c/w'er of mine (in her 50's) got a laser re-surfacing (I'm not entirely sure the exact treatment) and she said it was so painful. She showed me pics and it LOOKED painful. She couldn't go out of the house for a week. She was pretty pleased with the results though.

There is some sort of non-surgical thing that specifically targets jowly, loose jaw and neck stuff that I've seen a neighbor do with great results. It was some sort of injection that short term caused the neck and everything to swell like crazy for a few days but since then her neck has looked great. It was about 5 years ago, I think.
