I wanted to make a one pan freezer to oven meal for my friend. I wanted to do one I found on pinterest that includes chicken breasts, green beans and red potatoes. It uses 4-6 breasts and says to cook for an hour at 350 degrees. FWIW, I made it tonight and cooked it a little bit higher.
But, I made it from fresh stuff - how would you recommend I tell her to cook it if she is going from freezer to oven with this? CAN you do a freezer-oven meal with whole chicken breasts like this or is that technique more for things like lasagna?
