Who has started shopping? What have you bought? And if you have not started shopping, what's on your lists - kids and yours?
For C so far: A mermaid tail blanket A Flip-A-Zoo (she begs for one every damn time the commercial comes on) A magician's hat to pull a rabbit out of The Lion Guard Training Lair but she will likely get this early
She desperately wants the Safari Paw Patroller but as far as I can tell it's just like the one she has with different stickers so I'm thinking no.
I have a Hatchimal but really bought it in case it really is THE toy this year in which case I'll probably sell it.
There are lots of little things on her list too like a giant tape measure, games, Gel Pens.
So far, I've bought G some Usborne books and Disney princess MagiClip dolls. I also want to get her a dollhouse. I have some other smaller things on her Amazon wishlist, but I'll probably let grandparents/aunts/uncles buy those.

I bought a Little People Musical Preschool on sale this summer for DD (9 mos at Xmas time). We might get her an Anywhere Chair as well because DS loved his. For her I'm asking for some more baby books/toys-nothing crazy.
DS (3.5 at Xmas) I'm at a loss. I think his list is * sled * board games * pajamas
I can't think of any WOW toys to get him from Santa.
On my list is * new bedding * pots and pans * workout pants and sports bras * pajamas * Chuck Taylor slip ons
DD's birthday and Christmas are four weeks apart so that always make it challenging. I have started shopping but haven't made a big dent yet.
Birthday: Wellie Wisher dolls (I have one stashed away...may get a second) Art caddy from Lakeshore Learning Books Shopkins (got it) Lego Friends birthday party (got it)
Christmas: Wellie Wisher accessories AG doll (Melody) Snap Circuits Junior (got it) Shopkins dollhouse Lego Friends House Board games
I bought a hatchimal as well but I'm 99% sure that will be going back.
ideas for DH: Yeti Universal remote Wallet
Me: Kendra Scott jewelry hydration belt for running Kate Spade cross body purse

Ds is pretty much done...I got him a bigger bike from a consignment sale (it looks brand new) that is hidden at a friend's house, and he's getting a basketball hoop (hidden in our laundry room) and I got him some hot wheels stuff on an amazon deal. He will likely get some pokemon card sets too as stocking stuffers. I am really hoping he doesn't ask Santa for anything other than a bike because I don't want to buy him anything else!
I've put a few small things away for dd, but no idea what she will ask Santa for. She changes her mind about what she loves every other day it seems. Right now she wants to ask for a stuffed Kovu (from the Lion King 2) which I don't even know if it exists, so I'm hoping that changes, also because she has way too many stuffed animals (including Simba, Nala, and Kion).
Dh is getting a new car next month, so we're not doing gifts for each other, and everyone else that we buy for do Elfster lists and grab bags, so I will need to wait to shop for everyone else.
Since we are traveling we don't buy gifts for the inlaws or each other. We are getting a few small kid gifts that are easy to travel with for the girls. I will likely send gift cards to the rest of the family and a yearly photo calendar.
I had grand plans that I would get most of Christmas squared away while on maternity leave, but I'm halfway through and have zero accomplished on that front, so if it happens, it'll be on Black Friday right before I go back to work.
DS (4 1/2) - no real idea, he pretty much wants anything the sees Lagos/Lego Jr Puzzles Star Wars stuff Highlights magazine Finding Dory DVD Maybe a bike???
DD (4 months) Sophie the Giraffe (She doesn't need anything, so not planning to do a whole lot as extended family generally goes crazy)
DH Whatever tool/garage thing he tells me he wants, plus stocking stuffers
Me Large doormat for our front door Bullet Journal accessories (new pens, washi tape, etc) Yeti cup Glass storage containers for kitchen (like Pyrex) for leftovers, my lunch, etc
I just bought a set of 24 Matchbox cars and a hauler last night at Costco. That is all that Elijah wants. I also bought him a kids book about Loving Day and a shirt. That might be it.
We have every toy under the sun, so I am not really sure about Xavier yet. Perhaps some plastic animals since he loves the ones at school.
DS1 is five and has requested Legos. He will get a large set from me and two from Santa. A baseball hat with an led light. Kids video recorder. Books. Maybe - a bean bag...any recommendations?
DS2 will be 18 months and so far I've gotten him a mini micro scooter. He loves jellycat stuffed animals so I'll probably get a moose and something else he doesn't already have.
We have so much and the kids will be getting lots of gifts from relatives as well so that's all I plan to get.

Bought: PBK Star Wars stockings - BB-8 (DS1) and R2D2 (DS2) - these were a splurge because they already have stockings from when they were babies and stockings that match the ones DH and I have
Star Wars sheets for each, DS2 also got R2D2 pillows books - Elephant and Piggie for DS2 and some easy chapter books for DS1 a board game for each HA Christmas and other pjs - bought when they were $19 last year Stocking stuffers: cards, marbles (I will regret this. I always do), ETA - boy Bitty Baby sleeper for DS2's baby
DS2 wants the husky flipazoo, a black cat stuffed animal, a trash grabber (the BIG one), and a cement mixer toy
DS1 hasn't mentioned anything
This year DH and I are buying our own gifts and stocking stuffers We don't really exchange with siblings, but do get something for our parents and nieces and nephews
ETA: I already ordered their Christmas outfits: HA cardigan and flannel shirt. DS2's birthday is in December, so I need to add some things for that, too.
Some things I've put on the girls' Amazon lists over the last few months (for the record, I am definitely not buying all of this!):
Bean bag chairs
Melissa and Doug umbrellas and flash lights
Doll house
Art supplies - water colors, stamps, glitter glue, new coloring books, etc.
A+A dream blankets
Disney DVDs
Sit-n-spin
Toy shopping cart
Play tent
New bath toys
Things we already have that have been hits (for those that are looking for ideas): wheely bug, trampoline, Little Tikes play house, ball pit, play kitchen, art table, Squigz, Playskool ball popper, and a lot more crap I'm probably forgetting.

So far I have an easel and a sit n spin tucked away. I plan to get a baby doll and some accessories (recommendations welcome ), more mega blocks, and books.

I plan on buying him a few books, pjs, a couple of science kits & some stocking stuffers
DD will be 1-3 weeks old on XMas so I will get her a few little things so DS doesn't think Santa forgot her. Most likely PJs, a rattle, binkies, diapers and a stuffed animal
I also bought a 1/2 priced water table for DD but it's really for DS to play with with her when she's pulling up this summer
5 year old DS - toy dinosaurs - dinosaur books - Bob the Builder toys with kinetic sand - Lego Space Shuttle - Thomas the train "Dustin" train with matching book - Duplo Construction vehicles (from Grandma) - Lego Toy Story Western Train Chase Set - Thomas the Train minis Playset - Thomas the Train minis advent calendar (from Grandma) - Hape Quadrilla Wooden Marble Run Construction set - Lego Garage set
His birthday is also in December, so we will be splitting up the toys between the two days. Everything is already purchased.
Right now he's really into dinosaurs, construction vehicles, trains, books, and Lego.
ETA: Also bought the new Christmas Train from Lego, but we are holding onto that gift for another year or so.

I had plans of a simple xmas because we have no room for stuff but then I started making an Amazon wish list for DS1 and there is a lot on it so we'll see where we end up.
Already bought: Magnatiles Thomas trains - bought a bunch used Buzz action figure. Scored a used one free and dS is obsessed with this toy at church nursery
Grandma bought him a Duplo set and 3 Marvel action figures
On list: various train tracks and bridges , I picked nice stuff hoping the grands will buy. We need more track because DS only has a small set from last year and so he can't build much more than a loop, if grands don't get it, I'll pick up some cheap track. dS would LOVE Tidmouth sheds but it's so $$$$$$$$ Bruder cement mixer - this "is his big gift". All he talks about is wanting a cement mixer Big Tonka dump truck 2 Bath toys Learning resources jumbo animals
