Mine is still work in progress, but here's what I have so far:
I'll be switching out the autumn-y door mat with one with a Halloween theme.
I plan on putting some battery-lit pumpkins from Pottery Barn on this side of the door as finishing touches.
These skulls are motion-sensitive and emit some seriously scary noises and their eyes light up. I suspect they'll scare the shit out of the paper delivery person when the news hits the front porch lol
On my back windows that face the alley way I'm going to set up one of those whirl-a-motion things with teeny white ghosts flying around. I won't do that until it gets dark so I can line it up right.

It's a work in progress. It's been empty since Feb when we moved in, but my parents bought the bench for us last weekend so I decided to get off my ass and build the scarecrow. A snowman is on the other side.

Those are so cute mcmel. No decorations for me. I'm in a condo and one of my neighbors has a huge fake spider on their window, it scared the crap out of me.
I don't decorate for Halloween (I did last year because of David's birthday party). Outside I have a fall wreath on my door and a pumpkin, lol. Here's my fall mantel, though!

Halloween is my favorite holiday! We have more stuff and lights that we add on Halloween night, but we worry about the more portable things being stolen.

We have pumpkin stake lights leading up to our front door, which has a fall wreath and fall planters with pumpkins. My H got some kind of thing that will project Casper-like ghosts onto the side of the house (friendly, not scary) but we won't use that until the night of Halloween.
