This is what I get. I never know how to describe it, bc it's not my "stomach" but it hurts. And I'm not nauseous, so I don't know how to describe it. I don't really want to go to the dr, because I'm not willing to give up any foods I like.
Oh, and I only poop once a week, on a good week.
Jesus. If you don't want to go to the MD, at least try some fiber!

I have ibs and only poop once a week too. Doctors pretty much can't do anything but give you medicine to help you get regular.
Pretty much, stay away from fried foods. Go easy on wheat and dairy. Eat lots of veggies and fiber.
I get this on occasion, but with my IBS I don't get constipated. I probably poo 3 times a day minimum My gastro doc gave me hyoscyamine (sp??) to help with pain and cramping and it seems to do the trick. I also take Nexium and that is a miraculous little pill.
I think I have some kind of IBS. When I get nervous and/or anxious, I tend to use the bathroom more. I've noticed that if I eat the wrong kind of food, then I tend to use the bathroom more. I can use the bathroom anywhere from 1-2 times a day up to 5-6 times a day. It's terrible. I really need to get in to see a doctor, but I don't want to have another colonoscopy done.
I have post infectious ibs. I have acid reflux (I never had any issues with this prior to getting sick). I get a lot of nausea, stomach and abdominal pain.
