TF posted this last year and I got obsessed. I have an awesome hat! Anyway, doing a rock-a-billy inspired face for the day at the office. Can't decide if I am going to change to black lipstick for the evening or not.
Yesterday I volunteered at my kids school fall festival and dressed as a vampire. I used Maybelline undereye illuminator on my whole face, and it works great to create a pale cast.
I bought Ravenclaw robes at Universal last year, so I'm wearing those (with a button down and jeans because I haven't gotten around to getting the pieces for an actual uniform yet) and a blue lipstick from Bite. I'll probably also go heavy on UD's LSD eyeliner (glittery navy blue) because why not.
I'll either be Jem or the Princess from The Princess and the Pea. If I'm Jem I'll be doing the hot pink eye shadow that extends out and around the eye like the cartoon. If I'm the princess I'll do fairly simple, normal makeup but won't put any concealer on my undereyes so that I look tired.

I'll be 39 weeks pregnant:-/ We are planning to go to a Halloween party as long as I'm feeling up to it and I'm going to be a 1950's housewife (pregnant) with a martini glass and fake cigarettes and my husband is going to be the milkman. I know I'll do red lips, but I need to Google some hair and makeup ideas.

I love it! You should have a bottle of Valium too. Though maybe that'd be more 1960s.
Has anyone used a white mascara primer? Are they generally opaque enough to wear alone or does the white fade? My whole eye area will be one big eye and I'd rather get a mascara primer I can reuse than a white mascara I'll only use once.

The tarte one seems to be pretty opaque and stay that way.

I'm making my cats Tweedledee and Tweedledum costumes. And I'll be a Cheshire Cat. I'll just make myself purple cat ears and do purple stripes on my face.
I have two costumes: Jiggly Puff and Maleficent (the version from Disney's teenybopper Descendants, not Angelina-Jolie style).
I don't think I'll do much with Jiggly Puff -- I'm wearing a hat with eyes/ears/mouth and a pink Snuggie, lol. Makeup-wise I plan to go pretty natural, and what I do wear will focus on light pinks.
Maleficent will be more fun as far as makeup. I'm going to do a green/purple/black smokey eye and either purple or black lips.
