Magic bands and staying offsite

Does anyone know where we can get magic bands linked to my Disney experience besides magic kingdom? We're staying offsite so I was going to order them separately. But our first park day is Animal Kingdom and I don't want to have to go to MK to get them activated.

Maybe Disney Springs? They have a guest relations office there that has converted old paper tickets to the new cards for me before.

You should be able to add them online. We are staying at Swan so the bands aren't included. We purchased ours online at the Disney store and bought tickets from undercover tourists. You type in the code on the back of the magic band and select which person gets that band.

We did it all online. You just need to have your park tickets. We ordered our magic bands from Disney store. If you buy your tickets in advance, then you just go on my Disney experience and link the band to your tickets. If you aren't buying tickets until you get there, then it's probably easier to just wait and do it all at once.
