naturally? Like, no alarm clocks, no husbands, no kids, no dogs.....you just slept until your body said "hey, I'm good, you can wake up now".
I honestly cannot remember the last time, and it sucks, probably a year if not more. Between my kids and SO, who are all early risers, I'm up between 6:30-7 even on the weekends when my night owl self would much rather sleep until 10am. Ugh. I'm tired today.
Its been a while, I'm jonesing for a Saturday sleep in. I know I won't be able to this coming Saturday and the one after that. Maybe Sept 29. If not, then it won't be until like Oct 20th. Unless maybe I'll call in sick one of these days...

Oh wow, so long ago! Probably before kids so 8 1/2 years ago. I haven't had a day to myself without some obligation to do even if the kids weren't with me.
A few weeks ago MIL kept the girls overnight and I took Tylenol PM to make sure that I took full advantage of having a night to sleep as much as I wanted to. I slept for 11 hours and it was heavenly, but I was still exhausted that night. H got up with the girls on Sunday, but I was up with them at 3 to give them bottles and they each woke up twice more throughout the night. I miss sleep so, so much!
I can't sleep through the night without having to get up to pee at least once. Doesn't matter how early I stop drinking fluids of any kind. My bladder sucks.
I wake up "naturally" before the kid/husband all the time, but it's always WAY before I should really be awake. I think that it's a product of being awakened at all hours for the past 3+ years. If left alone without distractions, I know that my body would choose to go back to sleep for another couple of hours, but I rarely if ever get the chance to do so.
