I'm setting up my 401(k) at work and don't really know how to handle it, specifically the investment allocations. Anyone know of a good website that can help walk me through this?

I trust you have the basics down already - percentage you want to contribute, match, etc. Your investment allocations will depend on what is available to you.
Once you get a list of those, you can check them out on Morningstar, which is free.
You want to look at the performance over varying periods (1 year, 5 year, etc) and the expenses of the funds relative to one another.
