I just saw three listings for the same company. Two of the jobs are the same except they work on different products. The third would manage those two. I'm still second guessing myself. Is it OK to apply to all three? I'm qualified for them, but I'm unsure if that'll get me thrown off the list for some reason.

hmmmm, seems odd to send in your resume 3 times. or would you send in one resume and list all 3 jobs on the cover letter? it's weird I think.
I'd call HR if you can and ask for their opinion. Or apply for the more senior job and if they don't like you for that maybe they will throw you in the pile for the other 2?

The job I have now was 1 of 2 that I applied for at this company. When I came in for the interview they asked me which one I thought I would be best at/most comfortable in. I love this job.
It depends I guess on the company and how they do things - here if you want to be considered for a particular job, you HAVE to put your resume in for that specific job, and if they're 3 different jobs (maybe same position, but different projects like you mentioned) there is the possibility there would be a different hiring manager for each.
