Since I lost weight (yay!) and tomorrow is my bday Ill be getting gift cards for new clothes as thats what I asked for....what are some essentials or things you love that you think are worth my money?
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? (specifics not just breakfast but WHAT exactly)
Probably something ridiculously comforting and fattening.
I'll pick dinner:
homemade mac 'n cheese from this Italian restaurant here mediterranean gnocchi from another Italian restaurant Prime rib from another restaurant in my hometown
dessert would probably be something chocolate like Godiva Belgium dark chocolate ice cream with flourless chocolate tort
What's your leg workout? What songs are on your playlist? Do you have any tattoos? Which of your family members should I hook up with (first?)? Do the cows shriek when they're branded? What's a good fall bag? (i.e. shop for me, I wear a lot of neutrals and earth tones and gold jewelry)
Going for a run, checking back in a bit!
Well I'm trying to vary my leg workout because I think it's important to change it up.
Sometimes I do a 10 minute yoga app on my phone. It's yoga for butt and thighs and it's amazing.
If I'm at the gym I might do something like this Carrie Underwood Leg workout:
Workout Structure: These lower body exercises are in groups of two; do 15 repetitions of each exercise. Do each group 2-3 times through before moving onto the next group. Prevent injury by warming up before doing any kind of strength training; 10-15 minutes of cardio should do.
High Knees Sumo Squat
Reverse Lunge with Rear Leg Raises Mountain Climbers
Pilates Side Plank with Leg Raises Clock Lunges
Squat Jacks Ice Skaters
Agility Dots Pilates Leg Pulls, Facing Down
Songs on my playlist: lots of country, Jason Aldean, or Kenny Chesney. Anything that reminds me of summer: Drunk on You; High on Summertime, and Angel Eyes by Love and Theft because one of my guy friends says it reminds him of me
No tattoos
Which family member should you hook up with: Uncle Ad, but you should marry Cousin B
The calves do NOT like it when they're branded. They bawl (like make a baaaaing noise)
A good fall bag, if money is no object how about this Coach:
Feel free to also discuss the non-benefits of marriage, if you'd like.
My favorite pet has probably been our old basset hound, Cedric. He was our first pet and even though he had a horrible basset stench to him, he was so sweet and loveable. He was actually really fast for how short his legs were even though he looked like a castastrophe when he was running.
Cute P story: the other morning I told him I was going to miss him that day and he said why "I said, well you're my MAN!" And he said "I'm going to miss you too because you're my GIRL!"
On a scale of 1-10 I like you probably about 22. You are one of my favs, for sure.
I take my coffee with 1/2 cup coffee, 1/2 cup 1% milk and Splenda. I'm a wuss and can't take strong coffee.
Did you end up getting a 6-pack before your vacation? How did you do it?
Negative
I do a lot of ab exercises though so I have to be content with knowing that I have nice abs, but may never get a six pack. I do planks, side planks, crunches with a weighted medicine ball, pilates for abs, and lots of bicycle crunches (like 200 sometimes).
I love reading about the Pioneer Woman's two basset hounds. My mom got P her kids book about Charlie, it's pretty funny! We had Cedric and then after we had to put him down my mom got Bueford, another basset. He's cool too but definitely more selfish than Cedric. And he really prefers my mom to anyone else in the whole world.

Sorry! I didn't see this one!!!
Well depending on how much money you want to spend, I think that a great pair of dark denim boot cut jeans would really be worth it.
I also LOVE my flat boots that I got for fall. They're lucky brand and can go with black or brown. They were originally $200 and I got them for $100. I wear them with skinny jeans or leggings and I'm contemplating wearing them with shorts and leggings although idk if I can pull it off.
Another great staple is a nice dress that you feel great in and can pair with different things. I got an adorable dress for $45 at Nordstrom Rack and I've already worn it a dozen times probably. It's royal blue and you can pair it with wedges or heels, and do a belt or no belt, and then jazz it up with gold jewelry to make it pop.
