Help me shop: Light blue business casual top

We have a conference in January and I'm the only woman, so I can do basically whatever I want. The guys are wearing light blue long sleeve button up shirts, but I can't really do buttons because I have a large chest.

It will be in LA at Disney, so professional but not stuffy. Also would like to not iron, if possible
