I'm needing some more ideas on how to use this palette. I've settled on a look I like and am having trouble branching out. I need inspiration!
My favorite look so far is Tempera all over, Golden Ochre and Burnt Orange mixed together and blended into crease, then Raw Sienna also blended into crease. Sometimes I mix in a little Red Ochre.

There are a few looks I like. For reference I am quite fair, have pink undertones, and blue eyes.
Sometimes I'll blend buon fresco into the crease as a transition, put vermeer all over the lid, and then tap the teeniest amount of venetian red into the outer v area. Then I'll go back into buon fresco and blend out the venetian red with that. Sometimes if I want it deeper and less pink, I'll add a bit of cyprus umber into the outer crease. Then I'll blend a mix of buon fresco and cypress umber on the lower lash line.
For another look I'll take warm taupe and use it as a transition, pat antique bronze over the lid, and then blend it out with a mix of warm taupe and a tiny bit of cypress umber. I'll then use tempera on the inner corner and drag some onto the lid to lighten it up. I'll then mix antique bronze and warm taupe on the lower lash line.
For a smoky look (which I love way more than I thought I would and sounds terrifying when typed out lol) I'll take burnt orange into the crease on a fluffy blending brush, and then do the same thing with raw sienna with a slightly smaller blending brush to deepen up the crease. After I'm happy with the crease I take realgar and pack it all over the lid and then take more raw sienna to blend it out. Then I'll use cypress umber and put some on both the inner and outer corners, leaving the center without the darker color to do a spotlight placement. Then, I'll take primavera and tap it just onto the center of my lid with my finger. Then I'll use the blending colors on the lower lash line and use a brown liner to tight line.
These are good tutorials I've watched that are slightly less instagram-y than others, if that makes sense
I'm glad you asked this, as I've been wondering the same thing. So many of the tutorials for Modern Renaissance are a little too out there for my day look.

Thanks, Plummy for all the tips and videos!
No problem! This is my favorite palette at the moment and it's much more versatile than I would have originally thought. I want people to love it as much as I do lol. I would wear all of the looks for daytime except for the third look I explained.

I'm going to try your second look tomorrow. Thanks for the videos, I will check those out too.
Like someone else said, a lot of the tutorials I see are a little much for an everyday look so I am happy for more recommendations. Thanks!
Another good combo is buon fresco in the crease, vermeer on the lid, and antique bronze on the outer corner/lower lash line, plus use a plum eyeliner (I use ColourPop Best O) to bring out the purples in those colors.

Swoon. That sounds dreamy. Our work holiday party is tonight, and that's what I'll do. But with black liquid liner, thin, with a flick.
It's the little things. The world is in shambles, but I like my new eye shadow palette. Sigh.
