I figure you guys know everything .
After my scare last week and spotting Sunday/Monday, my doctor had me come in for blood work today to make sure my levels seem okay. I didn't get to speak with them directly, but they said everything is perfectly normal (hcg 12,000 and progesterone 16.4).
I did notice my progesterone dropped from back when I was getting betas (I think it was 20.4). Has anyone been at this lower end of normal and not had an issue? I'm on 2 CCs of PIO per night and Endometrin 2x/day.

Mine was similar, around 12-16 for my first couple of betas. I was on 1.5cc PIO. However, I had my blood work done around 7am, then went home and injected the PIO at 8am, so we were catching my levels basically at their lowest. My progesterone levels rose the further along I got, so I assume my body started making some eventually.

That's what's making me a little anxious. My levels were nice and high early on, and seem to be decreasing.
I take PIO around 8 pm and had bw done at 7 am, so it should have still been relatively high.
Ugh, it seems like I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Mine was 10.2 and they did not order supplementation since mine was not a medicated cycle. I freaked out a bit but I am 25 weeks now and everything seems okay.
You're far enough along now that your blood volume is probably increasing, which could affect levels. And 16 is still good!

I appreciate the info, awkwardpenguin! My nurse never really explains things, but the nurse who called me yesterday afternoon was awesome and basically said the same thing you said. Plus she told me I'm probably irritating/scratching my cervix with the Endometrin, which could explain the random spotting.
Ultrasound on Monday! I hope baby is still kicking and progressing.

cherryvalance, being pregnant after IF (even without a loss history) has been so hard - I totally understand how you feel. I was so anxious in first tri. Hugs to you, and I hope the ultrasound goes well!
