My usual breakfast. 4 egg whites with s&p. Oatmeal with apple sauce and granola. Decaf coffee with soymilk and stevia. Around 400 calories for everything.
Sometimes I'll make Caramalized onion red pepper and zucchini frittatas. Very delish.

I thought shit on a shingle was creamed chipped beef on toast. I guess sausage gravy gives the same effect. I had some in TX and asked Nigel if he wanted to try it and the look he gave me was priceless. It was okay but disappointingly absent of nice bits of sausage. And they buttered my biscuits for me, given that the giant bowl of milk and flour and butter wasn't enough cholesterol.
I have boiled eggs and a yogurt and fruit every morning now.
My favorite breakfast is anything with a side of scrapple.
I would dip my shoes in runny egg yolk and they'd taste good. Yolk is like my favorite condiment/sauce/dip for anything.
What is shit on a shingle?!
It's sausage with gravy on top of toasted bread.
It's actually Cream Chipped Beef over toast and is deliciously disgusting. I only allow myself to eat it on a rare occasion because it's not even remotely good for you! LOL
My grandmother always made this for my brother and myself for breakfast whenever we visited overnight. She called them "Egyptian Eggs" and I have no clue why. Maybe because she was an alcoholic.

I love it, too! I always called it a "bird in a nest" growing up but h called it "hole in the toast". Super original, that guy. I actually made it for dinner last night!
My favorite breakfast these days is overnight refrigerator oatmeal. I love it a little too much.

Oh. And Scrapple. My doctor once told me that if I have Scrapple one time a year than that is one time too many. I still eat it, maybe once a month or so. I'm actually making it for breakfast this weekend for SO and I.

Fuck that guy.
Right?!?! I don't want to live a life without Scrapple
I refer to it as "egg toast" and it is my new favorite! I tried to make it for my DS once, who is a toast fanatic, and he took one bite and was like WTF.
