Our front room lights are on a timer so they go on and off regardless of our comings and goings. We have them set to go on at 4pm so they're on when we come home in the dark. It's more so our house doesn't look desolate and empty (and rob-able) but them being on when we get home is a nice bonus.
No, but I park in the garage and the breezeway has a motion light that turns on as soon as the door opens. The kitchen light switch is right by the door so I'm never left in the dark.
In our past house, yes, a small light above the kitchen sink was always left on.
I only leave the porch light on. H usually leaves an interior light on as well, kind of drives me nuts as we have a light switch right next to every door you could possibly enter.
Yes, I leave the light over the sink on. It's not that big of a deal because the light switch for the main light in the kitchen is right inside the door, but I am always afraid I am going to trip over a cat. I like to have a little amount of light so no tripping happens.

Not usually, but I leave the back hallway light on for my H when he works late. One of the things I like most about the Christmas tree is the soft glow in the house in the evening, Especially when I come home to a dark house.
