I also have PCOS and we needed IVF to get pregnant with our daughter. We had decided to try to get pregnant without intervention and it happened on our second cycle. I'm only 15w4d, but everything is going well so far. I understand your concerns, but you have to remember that worrying won't change the outcome of the pregnancy. You are pregnant today!
Our story is a bit different in that we have MFI, however I've also experienced RPL. After six years of IF (I have a 7 year old conceived with the help of a RE) we tried some cooling underwear and got pregnant immediately. Like you, I was shocked. $80 underwear fixed our problem when we were told IVF was our only option. I'm actually still shocked and my baby is nearly here.
It all messes with me and I envy women with carefree pregnancies. Congrats on your pregnancy!!!!

I'm still just in shock. I have taken so many tests over the years because I was late and wanted to make sure one way or the other. The only other positive was with ds,on our last medicated cycle before we had to decide if we wanted an iui or ivf.

Me! I had 5 miscarriages prior to conceiving my DS (he'll be 11 months this week) & am 6 weeks 4 days with #2. We also did 4 IUI's & I had a failed lap to remove one of my tubes during our 6 year journey to DS.

Lurker here but I had a similar-ish situation. I tried for 19 cycles (with a miscarriage at cycle 13) for my DD. I was diagnosed with unexplained IF but was waiting to start any treatments when I got pregnant. So I was able to get pregnant on my own, albeit not easily. Four years later my husband and I slipped on the protection once. My period had just ended the day prior and I didn't even worry. We got pregnant again.
It was mind-blowing in many ways. I was not looking for another baby. I was in shock. But now my DS is 6 months old and he is fantastic. He makes me so very happy and he's exactly what I never knew I wanted.
Anyway, congratulations! Surprises can be the very best thing that ever happens to you.
I had fibroids and possible MFI. We tried for 3 years and finally had success after IVF. For that successful ivf cycle I didn't even take any home tests b/c I'd only ever known negative tests. So I was shocked to find out that I'm pregnant again, on my own, at 42, while still nursing DS. I was really scared too, but now I'm about 32 weeks and everything is going ok. With DS I had some complications that required early induction. With this one it's been pretty smooth sailing so far. Good luck and HH 9 months!
