Can anyone recommend a good app for tracking food? It can be pretty simple...I just want to write it down, not count calories or anything. I just find I'm more accountable to myself about what I consume when I have to log every cookie I eat. It helps me identify patterns like not eating enough leafy greens. I've been keeping running list of meals in my phone but it's clunky.
Is there an app that just keeps pictures of meals, organized by day? If you're not trying to count calories, a photo is super fast but still creates accountability.
