Unfortunately, no.
I spoke to two officers just now. They suggested I get a "tile" to keep in my truck so it's trackable next time. And they had suggested the joint phone plan from now on.

I'm glad to see the update and that he was somehow located along with your truck. It seems that the cops really are taking it very well, it's not everyday you'd find such a cooperative force that takes mental health seriously like this.
The Seward police officer was so nice. He's the only one there for the whole town (at least on this shift). It's a pretty small town. I also called the manager at the hotel he's at. So far he's not disruptive, but he was acting oddly with some of the residents there.
I can't make him come back but at least I know my truck is in one piece.
