Maui for 6 nights in May The Cook Islands for 13 nights in August Houston for a wedding in October Yet to be determined beach locale for a week over New Year's Eve
I am dying to see some sun (live in the PNW)...May can't come soon enough.
I'm only really excited about one of these trips. Guess which one. LOL.
Where in MS??
Uh...not sure. We had originally planned on staying over a couple of days in NOLA (we'll probably fly into there) but I dunno if we can do that now. We just found out about the second October wedding last week. I'll definitely let you know if we stay in NOLA, though!
Bahamas this week, I'm doing a girls weekend in Phoenix in April, a short road trip to Connecticut in June for a 40th birthday, Iceland and Scotland with the family in July. I'm going to try to take the kids to Colorado in December to see my sister.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
Reims France (champagne country) next weekend; Cologne Germany for Memorial Day weekend; Fez Morocco over a long weekend in April. I just got back from Chicago, Republic of Korea, and London.
- April. NYC for a girls weekend (and to see Hamilton!!) - June. Girls weekend to Puerto Rico - July. Week on cape cod. Long weekend in Wisconsin (for a family reunion) - August. 2 weeks in Hawaii. I just need to get the little guy swimming before then lol

We have a Disney cruise coming up in April with a couple days in the park, a trip to Montreal & Quebec in July, and a trip to Tulum in November. And I just booked a trip to St. Lucia for next Feb. break (we had a hard winter, lol).
We don't plan very much in advance so we just have a long weekend in Edinburgh in a couple of weeks and a friend's wedding in Devon in July. We'll probably add a few more nights in Cornwall and London around the wedding.

Well we just got back from Ireland with the whole family. So nowhere far away for a bit. But H and I are going to a wedding in California in July. Probably Oregon for a beach week this summer with the kids.
We're going to nyc in May and Maui in January. Yes, we're already booked 100% for a trip next January. But those 1st class award seats need to be gotten to quickly!
Atlanta in May for a friend's baby shower Paris, Germany, and Prague in July for our anniversary Rehoboth Beach in either June or August (depending on H's work schedule)
We may also wind up going to Utah at Christmas since we won't be visiting family there this summer.
So far we are going to Hawaii for a week in June and Tahoe for a week in December. I want to squeeze in a Cabo trip possibly in July and a trip to Texas for Thanksgiving. My work travel schedule is pretty crazy this year and that limits our ability to get away for longer than a week at a time.
Next month we are doing a road trip to Atlanta, Helen, GA, Asheville and Savannah. I can't wait and welcome any suggestions on sights to see and restaurants that can't be missed.
I'm in Atlanta but from Savannah originally so hit me up when you are getting closer for some recs.
I relocated to Cobb County 1 year ago....Any reccs on where to stay in Savannah
So far we are headed to SC and FL for spring break with our siblings.
Right now I only have two trips planned - NYC in July to see Hamilton with a friend and Denver in December to see Lady Gaga.
However, after DH is past his thyroid surgery I'm going to insist we take a family trip to celebrate getting past all of my health issues and his. Where will depend on the time of year. We really want to do a Disneyland trip but I refuse to do it anytime between the end of May and like early October because of the insane crowds. We've also talked about going back to Maui.

I'm going to NYC by myself next weekend (Sat - Tuesday). I'll have dinner with my son in Bronxville one night but other than that it's just MEEEEE!
He was thinking about a study abroad in Budapest over the summer so I was going to visit him there, but those plans have changed and I may do a week in London. That will be unusual for my because I normally love driving vacations but I have no interest in driving on the left so I'll acquaint myself with the Tube if I go.
I may do New Years in Iceland. I have to talk myself up for the cold, though. Not interested in cold, but very interested in Northern Lights. I don't know which will win in the end.
I am thinking of Barcelona in August. Let me know what you are planning there? I just began and it looks amazing!
I'm in the beginning stages, too! We weren't planning on the Spain trip, my H's company is paying for it as a sale's reward for my H. We're taking David, too so we're doing family friendly things. I posted on the Travel board and got some good suggestions.

David is a lucky boy!
I did see your post on travel, I really LOVE the www.visitacity.com suggestion, such a cool site!
I was Austin in February and Iceland in March. Heading to Costa Rica next month and Boston for Memorial Day weekend! Hoping to jump on a crazy flight deal to Spain in the fall, but we'll see. Will also likely end up in the Outer Banks for a long weekend - my happy place

I was just in Iceland in early March and I thought it was 100% worth it. The Northern Lights were amazing, as was a glacier hike/waterfall excursion that I did. Actually, all of it was awesome other than the insanely expensive food!
I HATE the cold but found it bearable because I packed accordingly. As long as you bring many many layers you should be OK!
