President Donald Trump might withhold payments under Obamacare that are used to help poor people afford medical services in order to force Democrats to negotiate changes to the health law, he told the Wall Street Journal in an interview.
He is really just such a moron. What kind of world class negotiator lays all his cards on the table like that? He's been vocal about needing to cut Medicaid to afford the millionaire tax cuts too.
If it wasn't for the threat of annihilation via nuclear war, pandemic, or climate change, I'd be enjoying his ineptitude a lot more.
There was a headline that he flipped his position on four policy issues today, so by tomorrow he'll probably be 100% in favor of the ACA, and then the next day he won't remember what it is, and then who knows what's after that.
I'm wondering if they'll try to divide by legislative districts, such as "We're not going to pay in CA LD12 because Pelosi, or in NY because Schumer and they voted blue, but make sure the folks in those flyover states and the mining ones get their bills paid." To piss off Ds but not touch the R base. (Should I not have typed that in case the Russians are monitoring my internet or our gossip here on this lady chat board?)

LOL. Where we only talk about PP incontinence and what color to paint the shutters. Re the original subject: If this is what he looks like today, wtf does his portrait in the attic look like? ::retching at the thought::

The government has not been reimbursing the insurance companies under the ACA for years. An article from June 2016 has BCBS out 405 million due to limited payment from 2014 and 2015 which resulted in huge rate hikes.
