I'll weigh in later but it's not looking promising. I am still having on and off constipation (although the smooth moves tea works like a charm. Thanks idoinjuly) and now I just got my period for the first time in months. BOOOOOOO.
I'm hanging in there. Gained a couple lbs on vaca but it's almost gone. I'm trying to workout every week day this week. I'll be out of town pretty much all of June so I will be out of my routine so I would really like to lose a couple more lbs before I leave.
The holistic doctor (a DO) I saw a few weeks ago put me on the Candida diet, and gave me a high does of oral nystatin, and I'm definitely seeing and feeling a difference. The diet isn't easy- no gluten, no dairy, no sugar, no grains. But I've lost 10lbs in 2.5 weeks. And I look and feel less bloated. I continue this for another week and a half and then I can start adding a few things back in.....but I might not. I might keep it up until we go to Cabo in mid June. I'd love to lose another 15lbs or so before then. I know that is a long shot, but whatever, call it a stretch goal. lol
My cravings have calmed down somewhat. I realized the reason I was ravenous last week was due to my period. I ate within my calorie allocated amount. I did allow a cheat meal. But it was WF goat cheese pizza with spinach and tomatoes..so it wasn't like full on take out pizza.
It was my birthday yesterday and did a Zumba class and 1/2 of a strength class. I ate one serving of Halo chocolate crunch ice cream. So no cake. I am proud of myself. This weekend my MIL is making me strawberry shortcake trifle so saving my calories for this. Normally I would request a cheesecake.
I am trying for little goals and small improvements.
I didn't gain anything on my long weekend trip! I'm considering that a win. And I have my period now so if I can get through the week without gaining I'll be happy, lol. Every week I don't really lose I keep hoping my goal weight, lol. Initially, I thought I could get to 130, but realistically I haven't seen that in years and then I said 133, and now I'd just be happy to see 135.

I haven't been following the plan for quite some time. I know I have gained, but that's okay. Our lives have been crazy because of our move (selling and buying a new house, moving 45 minutes away). Once it settles down and we are in our new house, I plan on starting back on Weight Watchers.

Still maintaining my weight and added calories back into my diet, which is so nice LOL. I also started keeping track of my macros this week, and I eat WAY more carbs and fat than I thought. So the next step in my journey is making small tweaks to my diet to get into a better macro split.
We go away next week so I'm trying to be really tight/clean with my diet and workout routine until then. My period is late so I'm a little bloated, and I'm hoping that gets here ASAP!
I gained 0.4, but I had a girls weekend down the ocean and went way off tracking on Saturday. I got back to it on Sunday though! I also hurt my knee, so I haven't been able to run for the past week.

I'm still hanging in there. I'm past the initial 'honeymoon' period where water weight falls off quickly but, I seem to be steadily losing 1-1.5 lbs a week - so I'm happy. I've lost a bit over 10 lbs so far. I have a lot more to go, but I'm feeling like what I'm doing is sustainable. Hopefully I can keep it together through various trips this summer!
I'm trying to get back on track after a couple of lackluster weeks. I added some circuit training to my workout plan and have been staying within my points for the last few days. It's not a long string of progress yet, but I'm hopeful!
No changes in my weight since last week. I'm going to make a push to lose another pound in the next few days as I do not want to be smug about the loss I've had over the past 6 weeks.

Starting Weight Watchers at work tomorrow. They offer the weigh ins/meetings right in our building and my work is covering half the cost of a 12 week session. There's at least one other person starting for the first time tomorrow so at least I won't be alone in that aspect.
I am officially down 14 lbs since January 27! Which means I am 1 pound shy of my 5 lbs/month goal!!!
While this sounds goods, I still look fat in pictures. I had to take pictures last Saturday and out of 10+ women, I am the only one not smiling. My face looks fat, I know it and that's why I hate pictures and it shows.

Down a pound, which basically means I'm back to where I was after the last gain. Back on my tracking, and eating, plan to start working out too-We leave for disneyworld in 30days and I'd like to lose a few good pounds and possibly tone my arms a little before wearing tank tops.

I was up 0.6 on Sunday after shitty choices Saturday but I'm back 1.6 below that now. I'm doing decently so far this week not blowing through all my weekly points, so I'm hoping to stay in control and pull out a loss for this week (eating more than about half of my weeklies seems to not work for me. Whomp whomp.)

I'm up this week. I started new jobs and Margot isn't sleeping so I'm literally dizzy with exhaustion. I just feel bloated and puffy. Maybe next week will be better.
Can I be added to the check-ins? I need to get back on track. I lost about 15 lbs this year overall, but I've been at a standstill the last few weeks. I only seem to lose if I track with MFP. I would like to lose another 20 lbs and be at a healthy BMI before we start fertility treatments again.
Side note- I was just reading that Oprah has made $110 million off WW because it is popular again.
Back down 1kg (got put on thyroid meds) though I am still bloated. Glad it's stabilizing as I was freaking out about the random weight gain. Hopefully will be able to lose a bit more now.
I had a better week of eating more veggies. The nausea has subsided a bit, so I'm trying to move back to low-grains/sugar eating. I gained another pound, but it could be bloat because I'm so damn constipated. I really need to reduce my sugar/grain intake because I don't want to gain as much weight with this pregnancy as I did with DD. I'm determined to get back on track, even if it takes baby steps.
