I buy frozen, unsweetened fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries, etc.), let it thaw, then blend it up and add a few spoonfuls (shouldn't this be spoonsful?) to plain, fat-free Greek yogurt, with some Bear Naked granola and honey for sweetness.
Dried apples, craisins and sliced almonds. I add the fruit in the water so it softens up and the almonds add a nice crunch. Plus sugar and cinnamon of course.
