Now I need to decide when I want to go to MNSSHP!
Trying to decide between Tues 8/29 and Fri 9/1. I would think Fridays would be more crowded, but given that both dates are before Labor Day (!), maybe it doesn't matter?

I'll be there that week too. I think we are going with 9/1. I know Fridays are supposed to be more crowded, but it just works better with what we already have scheduled. Plus I feel like the 2 earliest party dates might have more because it hasn't been this early before. Food and wine also starts on 31st so 9/1 will be the first Friday of F&W. hoping that draws some people to that.
Thinking about the Christmas party on 11/12, after our DCL cruise... but our boys will be almost 4 and just turned 7. So I'm not sure if they'll hang that late to make the $400+ dollars worth it...
I'm really torn on the Christmas party too. I'd love for DD1 to see the snow on Main St and the parade, I'd like to see holiday Wishes, but the cost for just those few things is so high. I have enough points on our Disney visa to cover the tickets, but that could also be spent a million other ways.

We did the Friday before Labor Day last year and it was crazy crowded. It was also the first night of the party, which I think accounted for a lot of the crowds.

We decided to pass on the NSSHP. My DS is 5 and this is his first trip. I don't even know if he'll make it after being at the park all day. I booked lunch at H&V at DHS. Since they are changing from Disney Jr. to a Minnie seasonal thing, I figure he can get his Halloween character fix there.

We're going on 10/29 for DD1's 6th birthday. Last year we went on DD2's 3rd birthday. The Halloween party is pretty much their favorite thing ever. (DD1 has been 3 times to the Halloween party and twice to the Christmas party. DD2 has been to the Halloween party twice and the Christmas party twice).
