I'm doing Weight Watchers. I just keep gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. I know I really need to buckle down and track everything, it's just so much work.
I'm also struggling with tracking. I'm going to make a big batch of soup for lunches and portion it out. I'm hoping it'll be easier if I eat the same things more often.
I did manage to post a decent loss today, having gained 1.4 last week after not really tracking or attending meetings for the previous 3 weeks. Today I hit a total of exactly 40 lb lost! I have 8.2 to go to get to my goal. Feeling more motivated now after basically maintaining for the past month or so.
I've lost 20 pounds so far but I've been stuck at the same weight for a few weeks now. We did a biggest loser challenge at work and I won that! I'm thrilled with what I have lost, but I'm worried I'm going to fall off the wagon if this stand still lasts too long. I'm gotten a little squirrely with my eating (hello chips and salsa and Costco cake at a PTA dinner last night).

This is me. This is so me. Super frustrating. Even with a rigorous workout schedule and tracking calories, I just gain one, lose one, lather, rinse, repeat.
