Thanks, I'm not a big fan of protein powders though. I think I'll keep my caramel macchiato as an occasional treat.
If she's talking about what I think she is, they're not powders. They're premade protein shakes that taste like melted ice cream and are only 2 points. I get them at the grocery store but they sell cases at Costco for cheaper. Very easy for WW!

Jumping in on this thread... I joined weight watchers about 3 weeks ago to try and keep my eating under control and lose some weight. I have an (almost) 3 month old baby and am exclusively breastfeeding. I will be pumping when I return to work. I like that WW gives extra points for nursing. Things are going pretty well, down .8 this week and about 3 total. I want to get my eating under control - I gained a lot of weight with my first child after I went back to work and want to not repeat my past mistakes.
I started getting serious around the end of May with weight watchers. I had tried back in November but got frustrated that I wasn't losing quick enough. My weight climbed even higher while I was off the plan. Now, I have lost six pounds from the end of May until now. I am hoping to lose a lot more this summer. I really like connect. Some of the users have great meal ideas and the stories are inspiring! I am hoping to lose another 6 pounds before our vacation in 3 weeks. The last time we went on vacation, I was so depressed when I saw the photos from our trip. I don't want a repeat of that!

I am down 2 lbs. this week, bringing my total to 18.5 lbs. I have a loooooooooooooooooong way to go but I am pretty happy about it. I am going to England/Paris/Amsterdam/Brussels in 3 weeks and we will be walking everywhere and I think I can keep myself, at least try, from bingeing like I would have in the past. If I maintain, I will be happy. I am excited to try real camembert, since it is a raw milk cheese, can't really get that here.
I lost one pound this week, making the total 22.8. I haven't been nearly as careful lately and I'm not tracking like I should. Still, eating at my worst on WW is worlds better than eating at my best off of WW. lol.
I need some help. I am trying to be more active (more walks and Zumba 2x per week) and eating a lot healthier, but no weight lost since the beginning of June. I feel like a failure. I am at the highest weight I have ever been (minus being pregnant). Last time I lost weight, I was able to lose it pretty consistently, this time nothing.
I was up 1.6 this week and am going on vacation tomorrow. I need to get in a better mindset than I am at this moment, which is "eat, eat, eat. Worry about it later"
