We had Revere Pewter on our walls, and IMHO it just read as kind of a dirty white. We went a shade darker on the same card to Pashmina...it looks beige in the sample but reads as a nice warm grey on our walls. I made a Shutterfly slideshow of Before and After for someone long ago...let me see if I still have it.

I have Revere plPewter in a few rooms where it worked great, but my main space is Stone Hearth, which is a little warmer and greige and felt much cozier.

dr.girlfriend I have a giant crush on your living room... do you have a bio? And where do you find your awesome Star Wars posters?

Aw, thanks! I don't have a bio, but I'm happy to share as many pics as you like. The living room is definitely the most...eclectic. My son's 11-year-old friend recently said he wanted to decorate his room like our living room and I considered it a compliment.
The Star Wars prints are on etsy...DH actually got A New Hope as a gift and I bought Empire to match...here's the seller's listing. Thanks!
