I hate heating up the house in the summer, and this past weekend used the grill for dinner and it was so much nicer. I made salmon/veggie packets and grilled potatoes, and then paella.
Do you have any suggestions of completely grill-able dinner ideas?
We love to do tacos. Grill a bunch of veggies, some flank steak, and corn tortillas. We do this for company because it is veggie and gluten friendly (I have both in my family). So good.
And you can always grill peaches or pineapple for dessert.

I'm too lazy to make kabobs so I'll often grill seeded pepper halves and thick sliced Vidalia onions (I skewer those across to hold together.) Much less prep and I can cut things after they are cooked.
I love making foil packets of thin sliced potatoes, onions, butter, and seasonings. I cook on the coals and finish on the grates.
If I'm grilling, I don't want to mess up my kitchen, so it's often carrot sticks and cucumbers with dip or cut up fruit as our side dish.
Grilled pizza. Grill the dough on both sides, remove from the grill to a pan and add toppings, place the pan back on the grill with the cover closed to heat the toppings through and melt the cheese.
You can grill pretty much any veggie. We do a lot of grilled meats (chicken, steak, fish, sausages) with grilled veggies as a side.
eta: We do this salad with grilled chicken every summer when peaches are in season. The prosciutto wrapped peaches are amazing. Sometimes we just make those and have them with a meat and cheese plate.

Grilled pineapple over vanilla ice cream is amazing.
We've been making this about once a week and I cannot even tell you how good it is. I usually prep it to marinate overnight but I've also just done a few hours. Tasted great either way.
We also add mango to the salsa and it tastes great. Grilled zucchini and corn make good additions.
