Located in Framingham, Massachusetts, this suburban home looks rather average on the outside, but the inside is a time capsule that will take you right back to the disco days of the 1970s.

The 3,600 square foot, five bedroom, two and a half bathroom home has only had two owners. You can be the third for $624,900.

"The original owner built the house and customized it and did all the decor in the early '70s," realtor Matt Cuddy told BuzzFeed.

The current owners have lived in the property for 20 years and haven't changed a thing.

Honestly, on the whole, it's not nearly as terrifying as I expected.

My H's grandmother's house is also in the exact same state it was in the 70s. It's not nearly as groovy.

Interesting that the first owner decorated... I guess that means the second purchased the matching bedding, furniture, etc with the house? That would have been an interesting move in the 1990s, when that look wouldn't have been considered as much retro as dated.

Some of the decor reminds me of my grandmother's house. One room had matching curtains and headboards and bedspreads from the 60's until the house was sold and demolished a year ago

The dishwasher looks new. Anyway....if they really haven't touched the decor, how did they maintain it all this time? I mean, stuff gets chipped, faded, wore out--especially carpet?

That basement family room with the orange shag rug and wall mounted tv is giving me the warm fuzzies. Orange recliner, floral curtains....I would not change a damn thing. "Memories...."

I love that place! I wonder if they're having an open house this weekend. I'd love to see it in the flesh. That said, I was expecting to open a hoarders delight, instead, I just got the delight!

Aw, it seems to be off the market now. I suppose Buzzfeed isn't the best place to get up-to-date real estate listings. But I'm sad about it.

That bathroom is super claustrophobic but I totally love it. I like the kitchen too!

I sort of love the bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom is a little disappointing.

I feel like there should be gold fixtures somewhere. And ferns.

My parents still have their original goldenrod dishwasher. That thing is amazing and so well built.  It has outlasted all their other appliances.  Now that it is just the two of them, they don't run it as often but it likely will last another 10 years at this rate.  And if these folks are like my parents, they have replaced the carpet but the replacement was the same color.  They replaced the wall paper in the kitchen with something that looked exactly the same.  My mom searched for months for an exact match. :-O  As my mom says, "why would we change it to something different if we liked the original?"  

My parents house is very 70s fabulous.  They have updated a few things but still have the original stuff packed away in the basement (drapes, bedspreads, etc.) so they could go back in time to 1974 when they moved in if they really wanted.

My furniture is original 60s/70s, and I don't see updating it ever

I have a soft spot in my heart for the grass wallpaper. I used to pick it off the walls as a young kid, and, being a young kid, of course I'd try to eat it. Tasty!

Is this that unusual? I mean this one is clearly in really good condition but when we bought our old house it hadn't been updated since it was built in the 60s. The previous owner's furniture and decor looked like it dated from the same era as well.

It's my childhood in a capsule. I'd need Thelma, Daphne, Freddy, Shag and Scooby to come on around every corner. I had a Mystery Van and accompanying toys with all the same patterns. Groovy indeed.

I feel like my Grandma's Crazy Daisy Pyrex/Correlle dishes would fit in nicely - it's my mission in life to put together a complete set since she gave hers to my cousin to take to college. /sob

I want to pick up a house in Palm Springs,CA and move it to some land out here.  Except empty land doesn't exist here.

So maybe a pre-fab on some land in NH or Maine one day.

That was my thought. There are lots of 70's colonials in SE Michigan. Those that haven't been updated looked tired and worn.

My brother's house still has the original kitchen. The oven is copper and fabulous!
