Didn't lose this week but also didn't gain so I'm going to call that a win, knowing how poorly I ate.
Still going to the Weight Watchers meetings/weigh ins but I've quit tracking with the WW points/app and switched to MFP and calorie counting instead. It's a lot less stressful and my H is on board with it which makes it easier too.
I'm so off track this week. I had a good weigh in at a WW meeting last week (down 2 lbs) then have been overeating ever since. I am giving in to temptation constantly. I'm back at work after maternity leave for my second baby and it's just so hard to stay on track. I need to go to another meeting, determine the damage and then really stick with my points.
