1. How did last week go? Great! 3 runs, lifted 3 times. (This is me on summer break, though.)
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? 3 runs, and lifting two times.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Continue the same as last week-cut back on drinking and only drink spiked seltzers or omission.
4. Any non-scale victories? I can't pull off shorts. The ones I had looked terrible and accentuated a bad look for me. My trainer gave me pointers on the style I should look for. I went to Athleta? Damn I feel like a new woman!!!!! I got 3 pairs AND a pair of capris. I threw away 3 old bottoms that did me no favors and I feel so good in my own skin now.
Bonus : What is the average temperature this week where you live? 83 and humid. Feels so much hotter! I don't know how you ladies do it in 90s and 100s. I feel like it's sucking the life out of me.
1. Eating went great minus the DQ Blizzard Tues and Wed night. My back flared up so had a couple emergency chiropractor appointments so am on the do nothing list.
2. Watch what I eat this week. I'm on the do nothing and baby my back. I already yanked it out scooping leaves out of the pool Saturday
3. I want to try and cut back on my soda...I've gotten into a bad habit of drinking it at night which i hardly ever did before.
4. Had my annual last week and my OB/GYN was amazed at how good I looked especially not being able to do much since I've been in recovery from the accident.
Bonus: Upper 80s and lows into the low 50s so average for us with little humidity. We only tend to hit the 100s a couple times a year and that usually happens in August. I don't understand how you guys with the high humidity handle it. When we get muggy here it kills me and I know our muggy is like 50% humidity is nothing compared to the rest of the country.
1. Got all 6 workouts in. I was on track for 7 good ones, but DH had to go out of state for work unexpectedly, and left at 4am - so I couldn't get out. I got on the treadmill, but the TV wasn't working, and I really can't do the treadmill staring at the basement wall. So just did body weights and resistance bands.
2. Targeting 6 workouts again. Trying to incorporate more strength. I've gotten away from it a bit.
3. We were really good about not eating out last week, and I want to continue that trend.
4. My bathing suit bottoms were baggy this week. I need to buy new ones!
Right now it's 57 degrees. By the end of the week it will be 87. This weather is weird.

1. I had zero expectations for last week with it being fair week. I only ate 2 meals out there tooth and had 1 bad snack. 2. Couch25k 3 times. I need to find some core strengthening exercises that don't involve pressure on my wrist. My carpal boss issues are back. 3. 21 day fix 4. I don't feel horrible after being lax about things last week Bonus: upper 70s and humid I'm sure
1. How did last week go? Terrible. My calorie intake was fair, but I was not able to work out the 3 times that I wanted. However, walking around the zoo for 6 hours on Tuesday did count as a workout by my FitBit. The rest of the week was so busy that I didn't have time to get to the gym.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? I walked 3 miles last night and I hope to get to the gym tomorrow and Saturday. If I can get another 3 mile walk too, I will be really happy.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Keep counting my calories with MyFitnessPal. Try to stay under the calorie goal it has for me.
4. Any non-scale victories? I bought new jeans that were only 1 size up from my pre-preggo weight. This is a great victory since I gained 60 lbs with my last pregnancy. I'm hoping the scale will give me a little victory tomorrow since I haven't seen the number budge in awhile.
Bonus : What is the average temperature this week where you live? It has been in the 80's recently. The only problem is the rain! There has been so much rain this summer which has been making the humidity unbearable! My poor AC can't keep up!

1. Last week, I got in 3 workouts. One fewer than I wanted, but considering the baby being in the hospital, and having unexpected house guests due to a death in the family, I think that's pretty swell. Food was decent, but I did get a little wild with the sweets.
2. I want 4 crossfit workouts, one Shred session* and one yoga practice.
3. Food - on non-HelloFresh days, stick to grilled/baked protien and veggies. Minimal sweets (ie - do not buy a pie from the bakery for no reason).
4. NSV - My pull-ups are starting to come back. Kind of.
Bonus The past few days have been low 90s and super crazy humid. Looks like the next few days we'll get a break with just being in the low 80s with super crazy humidity. It's even humid here when it's cold and windy...
I biked ten plus miles every day last week, and ran a mile and hit the gym one time. But I ate everything. And had a lot of drinks.
This week I hope to make it to the gym once and stick to lower calorie drinks on the river trip.
Next week will be brutal - with camp drop offs and pick ups - but the next week I plan to get back into a good routine before spending a long weekend in Memphis.
It's hovering around 100 here. Yesterday was only 92 and it was cool almost!

1. How did last week go? Last week was not great. I ran once and then spent the rest of the week coughing up a lung.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Run 3 times, do Natalie hodson's pelvic floor/ diastasis workouts 4 times. I don't have much of a DR but just kind of feel like that area is off post baby. Will see if this helps.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Keep it reasonable. Already went and bought Ben and jerry's last night but only ate one serving.
4. Any non-scale victories? Nope

Hot as hell. Average is pretty much 100 every day. And sunny and humid.

I'm so behind.
1. How did last week go?
Last week I kind of had a "jesus take the wheel" week as far as nutrition went. DH and I went to a nitrutionist together and she gave us a plan. We decided not to implement it until monday.
I have been having terrible outdoor runs because of the weather also. On the other hand, I had a milestone bike ride and a great lake swim. I have what will possibly be my last sprint triathlon of the season on Sunday....my next race is on Labor day and it's an olympic distance and I'm scared. So I'm going to really try to enjoy this familiar distanced race.

Hit my workouts so I can be ready on Sunday.
3. What are your food goals for the week?
Try to follow the nutritionist plan. It's already thursday so I can say that so far it's been not bad.
4. Any non-scale victories?
I got to take my bike outside the city and ride it on some real country roads with some actual hills. It was amazing and very challenging.
Bonus : What is the average temperature this week where you live? In the mid to upper 90's. It's brutal.
