NIPT results on Patient Portal?

Hello ladies,

If you had NIPT testing were your results posted on your patient portal? When I had my testing they told me the results would be in in 10 days. Today is 10 days. I keep checking my patient portal and nothing has come up. Did your results get posted online???

The waiting is killing me!

I did the Panorama through Natera - they wouldn't post online until they released them to my doctor, so my doctor's office called me with the results.

No mine didn't get posted on the patient portal. Not sure why. I never actually got a copy of them, just a phone call to tell me everything came back normal and the gender.

I did Materniti21 and got my results back in 4 business days (got blood drawn on a Friday morning, got a call from the genetic counselor the next week on Thursday afternoon). I live in the Midwest and I think they said it takes 2 days for the sample to get to the lab, then the lab faxes the results to the doctor's office.

Mine were not posted on the patient portal until long after the doctor had the results. They were reviewed with me at an appointment, and showed up on the portal a couple of weeks later.

I would give them a call if I were you, I found out the results that way. I was grumpy that they hadn't called me, but had waited 16 days and didn't want to wait any longer.

I just called the office and they close Friday's at 3pm. So no luck. Ugh. Now I'm stuck waiting until Monday.

My results were never posted on the portal. A nurse called me after 6 pm with the results.

No, the nurse called me with the results. They said it would take 10-14 days to come back, but had them on day 6 or 7 so I was pleasantly surprised.

Sorry you have to wait all weekend now! How frustrating.

I did the Materniti21 NIPT screening, and was told 7 to 10 business days.  My OB called exactly a week later, and the results showed up in my patient portal the next day.

Finally got my results back today, after over 2 weeks!

Everything thing came back in normal range so I feel relieved. And we're having a boy. Brothers!

Yay! How old is your first son? Our boys will be nearly three years apart, and I think it's going to be so much fun.

Yay! How old is your first son? Our boys will be nearly three years apart, and I think it's going to be so much fun.

He is 3.5 and will just turn 4 when DS2 arrives. I think he will be a good helper and very excited.
