Soup chef. And now I see there's a restaurant that does exactly this in a nearby city... I wish sometimes I was willing to just do something that crazy.

Like you would just make soups?
I could pull of some biscuits and a sandwich. I just really like making soup.
In the real world, a pediatric nurse. In my dreams, whatever job entails traveling the world, sight seeing, and eating the local cuisine on someone's else dime.
I'd be a b list actress. I wouldn't want to be a list because there is a lot of pressure when you're on top. But as a b lister, you still can work steady, score party invites (and probably some decent clothes to wear to them).
As an actress, I just might get to be all the other things I think sound awesome. Spy, badass litigator, rockstar, wizard, tortured artist...you might just get to be all of these things.

Is heiress a job? Not that I want to be Paris Hilton or anything, but I'd love to have so much money that I didn't have to worry about work and could instead do things like travel and take classes (I've always wanted to learn to speak Italian and play the cello, for instance).
If I had to pick an actual job, I think I'd want to be a member of a symphony orchestra, especially if I could magically learn a string instrument (see above) instead of having to play the clarinet (which I actually know how to play).
A doctor... probably something kind of complicated and "whole body"ish... like endocrinology, or something like that.
An academic adviser at a college... I'd love to help 18-20 year olds find what they really want to do, prep them for the "real" world, help them find internships, etc.
An executive at a medium-sized company... "big shot" enough that I wouldn't really have to supervise too many people on the nitty-gritty day-to-day level, but could think about strategic plans, overall operations/staffing, and innovative marketing ideas... and then make other people actually implement stuff.
Oh, I'd also love to own an arts center. A place with a gallery, events space, space for visiting artists, and community classroom space. I'd have lots of different types of art classes and workshops, and other cool stuff.
