I like working in a chocolate shop, but I would like to be an actual chocolatier. I would also like to continue my writing and be a book editor. I would also like to be a music therapist, but there is no market for it where I live.

Interior designer (I have absolutely no talent for this, so basically just to have the keen eye of an interior designer would be fantastic)
Marine biologist
Cake decorator
Owning and operating my own daycare minus any crazy parent requests or complaints
Housewife. Seriously, my biggest goal in life is to be a SAHM, I have never been career focused at all and despite working in a field that I find interesting and enjoy, i have no desire to move onward and upward. Work does not fulfill me in the slightest. I'm just passing time until we decide to have children. And then it will really suck if I hate that too.

I really enjoy the part of my job where I am actually consulting. I really wish I did more of that and was allowed to pass off more of the easy and boring stuff to other people. Clearly I'm not charging enough for my time yet.
I'd also like to work on machine vision algorithms. But not enough to give up the prestige of being the technical expert. Maybe in my next career after more people know how to do what I do.

Ideally I wouldn't want to work.
I'd like to supervise student teachers. Or work at the Disney parks but in a "coolish" job there - i.e. not parking garage attendant or a fur character.
