July 2016 we paid about $4600 for everything except flights: 8 days/7 nights at CSR standard with 7 day PH, dining plan and MM.
July 2017 we paid $3800 for everything except flights on a free dining BB: 8 days/7 nights at CSR waterview with 7 day PH, and dining plan. We upgraded to APs and will go again in June...will book that in the fall.
We are staying for 8 days 7 nights next march at pop. 2 adults and 2 kids
Right now we have the dining plan (which I think I'll ditch and just pay oop), room and memory maker for $2945. We got the 5 day non hopper Canadian discount tickets for $1054. Then flights are $1500. After exchange, it will likely cost me $7000 CDN.

I have a deposit down on a timeshare rental at Wyndham Bonnet Creek for 4/14/18 - 4/21/18. Two bedroom villa for 7 nights for $859. A full size rental car for the week should run about $150. I'd rather stay off-site and be able to travel more with the savings.
We've spent around 3500 both times we have gone. 5 nights each time, both at a suite at AOA, once with park hoppers and free dining plan, once without. Once that cost included my parents (so 5 tickets total) and once it didn't. We spend another 500-700 at the parks while we're there.

early-mid December 2017 5 nights 6 days 5 adults, 2 children (1 under 3) $2500 2 bedroom villa rental @ OKW through DVC Rental Store (inclusive of cancellation insurance) $2074 7 day PH tix (at the time I bought, I was unsure if we were going to do 1 more day/night) for 5 adults, 1 child (no ticket for my under 3 yo) through UT. I got my $300 Chase Sapphire Reserve travel credit back with this purchase, though, so $1774 net. $300ish rental van (still not booked, just an estimate) $200ish ECV + stroller rental (not booked, just an estimate) $0 Flights booked through SW on points $0 bag fees $100 splitting MM with a cw who is going a week before I am. She is doing just 1-2 park days though so I am assuming the bulk of the cost.
Not sure if we are going to do the DDP (we did last time) or not. I may just use my Disney Visa for the food discount when we're there.

We are doing a universal vacation with a day at Disney added on in October.
All inclusive of taxes 4 nights Hard rock hotel at universal: $1268 3 adult and 1 child 4 day park to park tickets: $718 1 night at value Disney hotel: $92 1 day MK tickets: $432 We are budgeting $180/day for food: $900 We are budgeting $80/day misc: $400
Total $3810
Edit: this includes military discounts where applicable
Costs we know: 2bdrm at BLT, theme park view-$5542 flights-$3023.76 food-TBD, we have 5 ADRs that are definite
We haven't bought tickets yet, but I think we've decided on days and hopping. We're not big souvenir buyers. The only thing up in the air is if we want to do the Frozen Dessert Party for the 3 of us, which is $200.
End of April 2018, 2 adults, 1 paying child, 1 infant Studio at the Poly for 7 nights 3 days regular park tickets Standard dining plan = $6700.
Hoping a discount will come along to knock that down a bit. We considered renting DVC points, but not being able to cancel easily made me decide against it. Maybe next time. I've been racking up disney GC's from using swagbucks, ibotta, ebates, etc and have almost $1500 so far saved up in just "free" money, so that makes the big bill a little easier to swallow!
We are doing four nights at Yacht Club with dining plan and two park days. It is $2,400. With flights for the three of us, it's $3K. If we add the Not So Scary Halloween Party, it will be about $3,200. That seems insanely high to me for four nights, but I have always wanted to stay at Yacht and Beach, so we figured this shorter trip made the most sense from a budget perspective.
June 2018 3 adults as we have a 10 year old and one kid.
CSR, standard room for 7 nights. Around $1600 and that is without discounts any sort of discount. I expect something will come off the listing price, but we shall see.
We will do a 5 day tickets so around $1200.
Flights we are budgeting $1200 as we plan to fly allegiant.
Food I am budgeting $2000 and I don't think we will hit that. I don't want to do the dining plan due to the stress, being more food than we normally would eat and the fact that J is considered an adult, but will on no level eat adult level food each day.

Quick answer: Sept 6 days 5 nights with 6 day PH tickets 2 adults, 2 kids staying at Pop Century with free QS dining, $2800
Longer answer: We plan to upgrade to AP when we are there for another 1200. There are other costs- $400 flights, $80 for stroller rental. We also have 2 TS meals booked (will get 20% AP discount) and we will be getting tickets for MNSSHP, plus we will be visiting my grandmother so will need a rental car for that.
Last year we stayed at Caribbean Beach in Nov/Dec with 8 day PH and free dining and Memory Maker- that was $3,800. With all the extras the trip was about $5,500 (Candlelight processional dining package, BBB and pirates league for the kids, JBJB desert party plus an extra week staying with grandmother and the activities we did then)
2 adults, 2 kids - $3300 for 7 nights in a lake view studio at Poly (DVC) next April. That's all I've booked so far. Took 3 months to get my reservation.
Will likely do 7 day park hoppers (or 8, depending on flights). SW hasn't released flights yet, but I'm hoping they are under $1500.
Will also add BBB, MM, and maybe one specialty event or dinner.
I'm thinking we should probably do a stroller still (age 6.5 and almost 4?) On the fence.
Last time we stayed in a Presidential 2 bed villa at WBC for a week, rented a car and I think our trip was under $4000 including food/drinks, so this is definitely a splurge for us! Can't wait.
I'm thinking we should probably do a stroller still (age 6.5 and almost 4?) On the fence.
I rented a double stroller when I went with a 6.5 year old and a 2 year old. The two year old needed it and the 6.5 year old liked it. I feel like the older one would have whined a lot without having the stroller to take a break in.
Last time I went with an almost 9 year old and a 4.5 year old and we took a single stroller for the younger one and he still needed it. By the end of the trip, he actually fell asleep in the afternoon riding in the stroller at Epcot.
4 nights Poly Standard Studio 2 nights GF 1 bedroom LV We own DVC so I just " charge " myself 15.00 per a point in my head (because figuring out DVC math is HARD) 2505.00 for the rooms Park Hoppers - 1500 and change for 3 7 night hoppers. Plan to upgrade to DVC Gold passes when we get there for 300.00 MNSSHP tickets 300.00 Dining - I have 1200.00 budgeted including tips, and snacks but not alcohol. We eat some breakfasts in the room Flights - We use SW rapid rewards so they are like 100 each way in fees and upgrades for the 4 of us so 200.00 Souvenirs - I am using swagbucks/ebates for souvenirs/ alcohol this time around. Right now I am at 100.00. I am hoping to have 400-500 by the time of the trip ( so I can save some of my dining cash for the next trip fund) Stroller rental and grocery delivery and tips 200-300.00 Total - around 6000.00, but since I paid for the points already and rented points out to pay for dues the total is actually closer to 3500.00

Is your dad going? Most military discounts and especially the salute tickets require the military ID holder to be present

It could just be through the local MWR. Although mine was more expensive than Undercover Tourist for all ticket categories.

Agree. I bought our tickets through MWR, but the salute tickets require the I'd holder to be present to enter the gates. At least, that's what ITR and Disney told me. They also said we would need to show Id when checking into the hotel
Edit: salute tickets are over $200 cheaper than undercover tourist per ticket, so they are rather strict with them

We spent around $4500 for 7 nights (room, regular dining plan, 5-day park hopper tickets) at CBR over late Oct - early Nov 2016. We had $400 in Disney Reward dollars from the credit card that we used to buy MNSSHP tickets (for Halloween night) and used points from another credit card for the plane tickets.
I'm not sure what we spent in souvenirs, but it was probably somewhere around $500-$600. I'm definitely going to do a better job of tracking that next time.
Next trip, we're going to try and rent DVR points at Poly (probably 6 nights), not do the dining plan (too much food for us), and only do a 4-day park hopper. I'm hoping to have around $500 in Disney Rewards dollars by then (Dec. 2018), and we'll use that for souvenirs or dining. Overall, our target is the spend around $4500 or less for the next trip.

I am not going but I booked a trip for family to go.
7 nights in a 1 bedroom villa at SSR- free* (dues are approx $1393 a year for 250 pts) 2 first class plane tickets- $200 (cashed in miles so just paying fees/taxes) DDP for 2 people for 7 nights- $1000 2 5 day park hopper tickets- $948
Total cost is around $2200 not including the room.
Let me try to remember: 2 adults 2 kids 2 kids under 3 Flights will be free with points - so around $100 for fees Parking around $50 2 nights POR around $900 8 nights Poly $2400 Grocery delivery around $100
Memory Maker 3 lunches (quick service) @$150 2 dinners (tbd) @$225 2 breakfasts (1 character and one Qs) before dining plan starts estimate $150 Dining plan $1600 Paying out of pocket for hddr $250 Paying oop for via Napoli $125 Paying out of pocket for T. rex $125 7 day park hoppers $1800 (I think?) Alcohol 3 -4 drinks a day each so ($12/ drink x4x2 X11 days = about $1000 Souvenirs kids get $25-50 and I collect ornaments for 4@$25=@$200-300 Tips another $500 T shirts ears fans and lots of other crap before we even left prob over $500 more
So a lot Free flights I used gift cards to pay for dining plan I earned on Swagbucks and i have another $1000 ready to go to spend when we get there
Trip for four in Nov/Dec but one is my 2 yo. so cheaper.
4 nights OKW: $600
1 night AoA: $185 but got a $250 credit for opening a Disney card
5-day ticket: $1082
Plane Tickets: $568
Food: $950 (I've priced out the menus and this will give us one expensive meal a day (character meal or equivalent) and two lighter meals (which is probably still a lot of food for us as the kids are small).
I'm sure we will spend a lot more in the park but I watched flights for a long time and got decent prices for the rest so I wouldn't feel badly splurging when we got there.

Yes both my parents are going. We are doing a big family trip and both receive the military discount. Thanks dad!
Based on prior years quotes I'm hoping to come in under $5k for 4 people 7 nights in a standard room at WL or AKL and 5 day PH with one waterpark including flights from CA and OOP dining. We plan to go at the end of August so prices are lower and we may use some miles/rewards.
