1. About last week. Spent a lot of time in the water, but diet and workouts were non existent.
2. I want to workout everyday this week. I am tired of making excuses for myself. I don't like what I see and I don't like how I feel. I know I need to change something up. I was doing so well and then I just gave up. Little challenge to myself is to workout every day for the next 30 days. Not the same thing every day, but I need to make this a part of my life and not something that is an option.
3. I am back to watching my calories. Started using myfittnesspal to help with this.
4. Only that I have re-committed to my health again after only hard core slacking for a month. usually It takes my closer to 4 months. I also realized that this is longest I have kept up with my running habbits since highschool. I think that is largely due to this thread. So THANK YOU to all of you ladies that help motivate me through the weeks.
Bonus: I have to get out the door earlier which means up earlier if I want a workout. School traffic sucks.
1. How did last week go? Really well. I got all my workouts in and ate ok.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Sunday: 5 miler Monday Rest Tues should lift but will rest since I'm sick Wednesday if I'm feeling up to it 2 mile run Thursday 3.5 mile run Friday rest Saturday NROLFW
3. What are your food goals for the week? Ideally it was to start experimenting with RP templates. I have a lot of food but I'm too tired to prep it.
4. Any non-scale victories? I haven't felt like drinking for a long time. I've completely cut out beer but even when I drink sparkling seltzers, I just don't feel like it.
Bonus: School is back in session for the most part. Any changes in your routine?
I am starting Renaissance Periodization templates. I asked about them in a thread on H&F and there's a lot of info in there. ETA: oh yeah lol I go back to work, DS starts fencing 6 hours a week instead of 1, DD starts soccer, and she starts piano (DS gave it up so not really a big change for us) and we are doing the "at home family" route for religious ed instead of taking them there. Sort of like homeschool Sunday school. I'm hoping it's just 30 mins a week and they get along.
I'm up 5 pounds, have been eating everything (Loaded cheese fries two days in a row? Yes please) and I haven't seen the inside of a gym in two weeks. Hoping to work out on Wednesday. And not die.

I don't even see the wagon I'm that far off of it. Ugh. I'm so behind at work that the thought of taking time that I could be working to exercise gives me anxiety. Hopefully I can dig out at some point and start working out regularly again.
Diet I'm mainly trying just to keep my bad choices as bad and not awful. I travel for work again this week and hopefully after that I can reign it in. The saddest thing is that I'm more eating badly out of habit then because anything actually tastes good or is worth it.

1. Last week went well until we went camping on Friday. Eating and working out were on track. Combine the camper with my birthday and it was a damn free for all. 2. 21 day fix workouts. All 7. 3. 21 day fix all the way through. No cheats except for some halo top. Maybe even no booze. I can't decide on that one lol. 4. I found TWO bathing suits yesterday that I felt good in. Bonus. DS is only in pre-k so we don't have too much going on. He is playing fall tee ball two nights a week. On those days I'll just need to leave work a bit earlier to fit my workout in and really plan ahead for dinner.
1. How did last week go? Last week was just okay. I missed a workout but my diet was mostly decent.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Get my running mileage in plus three strength training sessions
3. What are your food goals for the week? Try to increase the amount of protein I’m eating
4. Any non-scale victories? Someone complimented my arms last week
Bonus: School is back in session for the most part. Any changes in your routine? Not any significant changes. DD started a new school last week. It isn’t as close to DS’s daycare as her previous school so the morning commute takes a little longer. She also starts karate at the beginning of September and the kids will both have swim lessons starting next month
1. How did last week go? Terrible. I'm having a really hard time getting my training walks in, which is stressful. Plus, I went to the doctor and I'm at my heaviest weight (aside from the end of pregnancy). So that's not great. No wonder my clothes don't fit.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Biggest goal is getting in a long walk this weekend.
3. What are your food goals for the week? I'm actively packing healthier foods for work. Healthy snacks like fruit and veggies throughout the day, and not ordering lunch. That number on the scale is kicking me back in gear.
4. Any non-scale victories? Nada.
Bonus: School is back in session for the most part. Any changes in your routine? oh ya. DH goes back to work and the kids go back to school, so life is about to get insane again. I have a hard time fitting in training now, it's going to be a disaster in a couple weeks.

1. Got in a few good workouts last week. Still avoided doing the shred video. 2. I'm travelling for the work and left my sneakers at home on purpose. I need to sleep. But I want to work out everyday Th-Sun. 3. I am giving myself a pass on food til THursday as well. I don't do great with "making healthy choices" while eating all meals at restaurants. 4. I, last minute, agreed to doing a crossfit competition this past weekend. I PR'd my 3 rep max front squat. So, that was fun.
Bonus - no real change for us. Our kids aren't school aged yet, and the traffic we deal with doesn't change much.
1. We just are not going to talk or think about the last couple weeks of exercise or food.
3. I need to find some motivation to work out between the smokey air and DD's antics I have no energy to go and do anything by the time she is in bed. Plus dinners have been yuck because my kid has all of sudden decided she doesn't eat hardly anything when she used to eat everything and anything.
2. I want to take my SUP out this weekend for an hour and just get back on the water even if I don't get cleared for it. I need the peace it brings me and will deal with the pain and back disaster if it comes when it comes.
Bonus: School starts in September and my biggest change is having reliable steady before/after care and having to be up earlier to get DD to care. My evenings don't change other than her gymnastics practice gets 15 minutes longer so I get to sit at the gym longer but those 15 minutes still doesn't give me enough class time to drop off and go do anything and the gym location is in an industrial area so going for a walk isn't safe.
1. Week was pretty good. We were traveling, and that meant 2 days of 6+ hours in the car. But I got workouts in every other day, and I really kept the eating under control. Lots of salads and grilled chicken, very few snacks and desserts.
2. This week I'm aiming for 5 workouts.
3. Try to stay away from takeout. We need to keep the budget under control, and takeout kills us.
4. School doesn't start here until after Labor Day. I am hoping to join a nearby Planet Fitness because it's only $20/month, and I won't feel bad that I can only get there 3x per week. I need to figure out what is feasible with my new normal - no job, but need to learn some billing software and take that on for DH.
