I like pumpkin spice lattes. But I can have one and be okay for the rest of the year. Maybe two - one in September and one in October. I don't need ten a week and I don't miss them when it's June.
what bugs me more than the earlier start is the early end. Like "fall" beer is off the shelves by the beginning of November and "Christmas beer" is out. Too early. I know they have to maximize the sales of the Christmas flavors - for beer, lattes, etc - but when I get my golden groomed on Halloween, he should still be able to get a pumpkin spice blowout for pete's sake. Last time he had to get sugar cookie.

LOL
What is this? What is this tweet? Is this a threat? I saw this on my feed and immediately called Homeland Security. No one answered. Eventually I was connected to a recording advertising a set of collective Trump steak knives.
Anyway, so now I have these 24 dull knives and a rogue pumpkin latte and I guess it's fall now.
It never really left. Target sells pumpkin spice and peppermint mocha creamer year round. I delight in the appropriateness of this (and I do partake since mint chocolate is the best flavor on earth).

I don't mind craft stores having seasonal stuff out early because crafts take time but the seasonal foods?!! No! PS anything is disgusting. I saw PS Cheerios out in early August and nearly left the store.

At the brewery yesterday, the bartender totally talked some dude out of ordering a pumpkin spice ale. Ew!

Those of you who haven't had a pumpkin ale don't know what you're missing. It's the only way pumpkin spice should be consumed.
Yeah, I like pumpkin spice ales. I hate pumpkin spice lattes. Pumpkin spice anything else is fine, but not so delicious to warrant flavoring every item in Trader Joe's with for three months.

This reminds me, even better than PSL season is PPS season, Pumpkin Pasta Sauce from Trader Joe's.
I go back to work later this week, so bring on everything fall! I want to wrap myself in PSL, pumpkins, mums, apple picking, and hayrides. Basic New Englander, but I absolutely love the fall.

I hate pumpkin everything.
I'm not ready for fall.
I went to Dollar Tree the other day, and they had Christmas stuff up already. NOPE.
It really annoys me that stores stock things so far ahead. I'm not enough of a planner for that crap. Like, it's August and 99 degrees, and I want to buy a swim suit for my kid that's grown six inches this summer, not fleece footie pajamas.
