My husband and son volunteered me tonight to be team parent for his hockey team. It seems like it's just sending a lot of reminders about practices, games and directions to the games. The schedule is normally set pretty far in advance so if I could take a day each month and do all of the emails and schedule them to be sent out it would be perfect.
I used to two jobs ago. As I remember, I liked it a lot! I think you can also use it to re-send emails to yourself that you've read? Like as reminders?

Thank you! I think using this would make it so much easier, especially since weeknights tend to be crazy for us.
I have and do. If I haven't used it in a while I send a test email to myself for the next day or a few hours later. It makes life so much easier. I can take care of 20 emails all at once instead of always forgetting to send the reminders, lol.

See if you can get the league to spring for the remind app. Then you can set it up so you can send group texts, without them all having your personal number.
I use it at work. My primary use case is for bouncing things back into my own inbox if other people don't respond to requests, but I know a lot of my coworkers use it to preschedule outbound emails. I've used it that way myself when I was working late at night or on a weekend but didn't want my employees to feel obligated to respond to something at those times.
