Monday: Chicken and sweet potatoes. Probably buffalo chicken for DH and I, barbecue sauce for the kids. Tuesday: Spaghetti and meatballs. Zoodles for me instead of pasta. Wednesday: Tacos Thursday: Frozen pizza since we have school open house Friday: Fantasy football draft night! I'm making potato skins and buff chicken dip.
ETA: Lunches are generally leftovers of the previous night's dinner. If no leftovers, we'll do ham and cheese sandwiches this week. I did prep some fruit salad and chopped up carrots and celery for snacks at work/school too.
Monday: turkey tacos Tuesday: air fried chicken, roasted broccoli Wednesday: herb marinated baked pork chops, spinach and cucumber salad, pasta Thursday - leftovers Friday - oooouuut - probably Salata. All the kids love it and I love the way they do the kids salads - a box with six sections, dressing on the side. It's like the perfect model for "eat the rainbow" and how to create a balanced meal.
Tonight I'm looking for inspiration for our rotisserie chicken. Might just be chicken Caesar salads or something, but maybe some kind of chicken cordon bleu casserole.
Tues and Wed the kids and I will wing it a bit because DH is traveling. I have tortellini salad, chicken to grill, maybe leftover rotisserie chicken.
Thurs will be hot, so the kids and I might go to our neighbor' beach house about an hour away. If so we might get home late, so probably easy - salads or veggie burgers.
Today, I'm driving DD to my brothers for a sleepover so am picking up a rotisserie chicken on the way and adding corn on the cob and a boxed scallop potato as sides. Tues-picking DD up from my brothers so OUT on the way back home. He lives an hour away Wed-Meet the teacher night and BBQ so probably hot dog and chips YUCK Thurs-steak, roasted potatoes, and a veggie Fri-heading to friends for a holiday weekend
Lunch-I try and do leftovers but not happening this week. Soup, frozen box meal, sandwich

Dinners: crapload of chicken with spicy spice served with some combination of grilled squash, beans, tator tots, applesauce, hotdogs, or rice. I also always keep a frozen pizza, spaghettios, and pigs in blankets on hand for those nights that H makes something superhealthy and very un-kid-friendly. This week, I may make tacos. Actually I won't. I just remembered I have chicken helper chicken fried rice.
Lunches: I eat leftovers. So this week, chicken with either: bread (a sandwich), rice, Chicken Helper. Maybe a salad.

Mon - Crock pot tortilla-less chicken soup (... with tortilla chips) Tue - BLTs Wed - HelloFresh Italian Orzo with chicken sausage Thu - HF beef and bok choy stirfry Fri - HF chicken and zucchini risotto
Lunches will be mostly chicken/tortilla soup left overs or PBJ. Lots of melon and fresh veggies, too.

Lunch......food? No idea, I am the world's worst lunch packer for myself. Leftovers or stuff from Costco. I need to pack lunch for DD this week for daycare, today was leftover hotdog, baked beans, ketchup, and grapes. Maybe I could send her with the leftovers? We've always been at daycares where they provided lunch, so this is a whole new world.

Sun- sliders with roasted veggies Mon- pasta with the rest of the roasted veggies, grilled sausage Tues- lentils with zucchini, basil vinagrette & burrata Wed- friends house, they are making Persian food and I'm so excited!! Thurs- chicken and Friday- hopefully out
