I'm okay with calling this out because I think it's narrow minded to tout only America or America first without realizing the global aspect to most of our world:
Tweet said: "We are building our future with American hands, American labor, Amercian iron, aluminum and steel. Happy #LaborDay"
With a picture of Melania in a $2,255 dress by a Greek designer, made in Italy with French materials. And Trump in an unknown-sourced suit.
So, there were options (to pick pictures of Melania in an American designed/made outfit), and the president's message is contradicted once again by his and his family's personal choices. If the Trumps wat to focus on buying and hiring American, perhaps they should start with their own closets and production lines.
Ha ha ha. Yeah, I have no problems with calling this out given the context. Use another picture or stop being so nationalistic. There were other choices that could have been made with either the message or the picture.
