I have been doing WW for 16 months and I am definitely in a food rut. I'm not much of a cook and not very creative. But the biggest issue lately is I am hungry all the time. For those familiar with WW I get 30 points/day.
What foods/meals keep you feeling full the longest?

I have been loving the Chicken Burgers from Costco. They come vacuumed sealed with 2 in a pack. One burger is 22 grams of protein and keeps me full for a long time.

Honestly, I was always starving on WW, I recently made a change to a ketogenic diet (high fat low carb) and it has made all the difference, the fat keeps me full and my crazy hunger is gone.

For me, breakfast is key. I have to have a high protein breakfast, or I'll just eat all day. My favorite are little omelette cups.
I use about a dozen eggs, and then chop up whatever I want in an omelette. Ham, cheese, spinach, mushroom...you could do a southwest one with black beans, chorizo (make sure this is cooked ahead of time)...loads of sautéed veggies (broccoli, red pepper, zucchini) and parmesan cheese...you get the idea.
measure out maybe 1/2 cup into a sprayed muffin tin. I fill it about half full, maybe a touch more. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until they're really full and puffy and you can bounce your finger off the top. Take them out, let them cool completely, then put them in a freezer bag.
Then in the morning you just grab one or 2 (I usually go for 2), microwave for a minute or so, and breakfast is done.
Oatmeal is also something I really like that keeps me full. Scoop of pumpkin, a little brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla-yum! For snacks I go for almonds, pistachios, carrots/veggies and hummus.

I also eat LC/Keto and do intermittent fasting from ~8PM-noon (16h). I drink black cold brew coffee in the morning instead of breakfast, which is allowed. Dinner last night was shiritaki noodles, homemade marinara sauce (I breathe I'm hungry's recipe), and meatballs. It was the first time I made the noodles and I liked them. Dinner Tuesday was bunless burgers topped with caramelized onions, mayo, and pickles with salad. I get fast food burgers on the go and take off the bun, salads, gyro meat platters with veggies and tzatiki at the deli by work. I make pizza with cauliflower crust, zucchini noodles with pesto or alfredo, stir fries, cauliflower rice, taco/fajita/burrito salads, and cabbage noodles. Roasted meat + veggie sheet pan dinners are good. I eat Atkins and Quest bars for sweets treats (and their Aldi/Costco knockoffs) and I recently found Russell Stover sugar free peppermint patties. Some Enlighten ice cream flavors are ~5-7 net carb/serving. Cheese whisps "crackers" and pork rinds for crunchy snacks. I've lost ~25lb in under 4 months. I very rarely feel hungry even if I fast for 20-24h. I have another 50lb to lose.

I’m intrigued by this diet. Can you recommend any good resources? What are you eating? Have you seen results?
I kind of stumbled into it. I did a lot of research online and started listening to some podcasts, I joined a facebook group. Essentially you stay under 20 net grams of carbs per day, the idea is to switch your body from a state where it uses glucose as fuel to one where it uses fat. The idea being you can use up the fat stores in your body for energy. I've been doing it for 3 weeks and have lost 6 lbs, it would be more but I had a couple cheat weekends. This is also after I've been on WW for a long time while my weight has crept up.
I also just started intermittent fasting which is pretty popular with the keto crew, its not something I ever would have thought I could or would want to do, but its been a good experience, it really has helped me lose more weight. For info on that, check out Dr. Jason Fung on YouTube, the science behind fasting is pretty compelling.
protein and fat like others have said. I don't eat a ketogenic diet but I do find that if I have bacon and eggs for breakfast it keeps me much more full than eating cereal. Chicken breast and veggies isn't filling for long, but fattier meat and veggies does fill me up for a while.
I think WW is too low calorie though. It probably ends up being about 1200 calories which I think most people would be starving on. Do you work out?

Full-fat plain Fage Greek yogurt (Fage is the only brand I like) is 7 points but I eat it just about every day as a snack because it keeps me satisfied between lunch and dinner (which is when I tend to mindlessly eat otherwise). Yes, I often do exceed my daily points but the flex points help and I still lose weight.
For meals, I need lots of protein and a good amount of fat. So, eggs for breakfast, salads for lunch and meat and veggies for dinner. I am a creature of habit so I'm okay eating roughly the same things each day though.
Protein overnight oats every morning (also makes a good afternoon snack if you want sweet).
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I love Garden of Life raw organic meal - on Amazon - it doesn't have a weird aftertaste and uses Stevia, which doesn't upset my stomach like other sweeteners) 1/2 cup rolled oats I add 2 tbsp PB2 (peanut butter powder) Enough unsweetened vanilla almond milk to make it just barely soupy - mix well
Cover and Stick it in the fridge overnight
When I get to work, I add a tsp of mini choc chips or even slice a banana in it.
Fat is the key to keeping me feel satisfied. Avocado, HB eggs, nuts, hummus w/ an extra drizzle of oil (avocado or olive oil), meats, full fat dairy etc.
I follow the keto diet and I'm really never hungry. I also do intermittent fasting, so I only eat for an 8 hour window each day... usually between 12-8. I only eat 2 meals per day, sometimes one snack, but I usually don't even need that.
I have done WW for almost a year and am now on maintenance, so at least I get 36 points. The key for me is a mix of carbs, protein and fat at every meal. For breakfast I have an egg and a thin slice of cheese on a light English muffin (6 points). For lunch often a sandwich thin with swiss and turkey (7-8 points). If I feel like snacking I eat plain crunchy veggies like carrots. If I'm actually hungry I'll eat a fruit or veggie with fat - grapes and a light Babybel cheese (1 point) or carrots and hummus (2 points for 1 tablespoon). I get up early and go to bed early so I front load my points and have a lighter dinner. I will definitely have several snacks throughout the day that are a few points each. I save my weeklies for meals I eat out, but with 36 points a day I can afford to do that.
I'm fasting right now for a physical in an hour so I had to stop reading all the suggestions because I'm FAMISHED! LOL But I agree with the suggestion of eating a good amount of protein. That's the only thing that keeps me from eating non-stop.
"Why would you ruin perfectly good peanuts by adding candy corn? That's like saying hey, I have these awesome nachos, guess I better add some dryer lint." - Nonny
Nothing. I’m nursing and taking an SSRI. I eat nonstop and still feel constantly hungry. I know - I AM SO HELPFUL!
When I was nursing I lost a ton of weight at first and always, always felt hungry. What really helped me was a bowl full of whole milk yogurt mixed with Save the Forest granola. I would always try to scoop up as many Brazil nuts from the granola bin as I could.
I also really like hard boiled eggs or hummus and crackers for snacks. Oh and I buy those "Monster" granola tubs from Target.
I need fiber and healthy fats to fill me up. I know on the old system of WW, the more fiber the lower the points? Not sure if that still stands. I eat a lot of blackberries and artichoke hearts because that alone get me to almost 20 grams of fiber a day and it's very filling.
This probably isn't what you're looking for, but if I know I've got a crazy day ahead of me and taking time for an actual lunch break may not be possible, my go-to for breakfast is a Sausage Egg McMuffin from McDonalds. Those keep me going forever. Another go-to in the same vein is a fried egg sandwich (two eggs) on 100% WW toast with jam.
I'm doing WW and I seem to do best on days when I have soup for lunch.
For breakfast, I eat a Nature Valley chocolate/peanut protein bar (6 points) and a banana and that's enough for me to survive until lunch without snacking.

The egg white delite McMuffin with no cheese and an extra egg white is really low in points. I’m not doing WW right now but it’s my go-to if I missed breakfast and don’t have time for something better.
