It's a yay for me, as long as I'm not puking. I'd get more of a head ache hanging around my kids, lol. Wine and hard liquor tend to slosh more in my tummy than beer. I actually run quite well after a night of beer drinking (yay carbs). I tend to take it slow, and drink lots of water. Don't feel guilty or anything if you just want to take a rest day though. It won't hurt anything.
(I also agree with cinco that I seem to run better after a night of drinking. provided I just have that slightly groggy, vaguely headachey feeling and I'm not having any GI problems.)
I vote yay...I've done it and it sucks, but sweating out the booze does help. Just don't make the same mistake I did and chug some blue Powerade (when you're used to yellow Gatorade) after, otherwise you may end up puking your guts out the rest of the day
It depends on how bad the hangover is. If it is not too mad to moderate, I always feel better after a good workout. I hate life while I do it but I do feel better later.
If it is really bad I tend to stay on the coach and eat greasy food. So I do the opposite of above and then workout the next day.

Depends on how bad it is for me, too. If I know I have a long run the next day, I won't drink as much as if I didn't. I almost always feel better if I do something though, and make sure I drink lots of water!
